Claims (4)
- 金属板からなる第1部材と、前記金属板よりも熱膨張率の大きい金属板からなる第2部材と、を含み、
前記第1部材および前記第2部材は、互いに重ね合わされ、互いに離反する方向に膨出して第1方向に延びる膨出部をそれぞれ有し、前記第1方向と直交する第2方向における前記膨出部の両側の位置において、それぞれ前記第1方向の複数の位置で互いに点接合されており、
前記第2部材は、互いに隣接する点接合部の間の位置に、前記第2方向に沿って延びるビード部を有し、
前記第2部材の膨出部には、前記第1方向における各ビード部に対応する位置に、前記第2方向に延びる溝部がそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする異種金属部材の接合構造。 - 請求項1に記載の異種金属部材の接合構造において、
前記第1部材および前記第2部材は、互いに接合されることにより、車両のリアシート後方に配置されるリアパッケージトレイを構成するものであり、車幅方向を前記第1方向として、前記複数の位置で互いに点接合されていることを特徴とする異種金属部材の接合構造。 - 請求項2に記載の異種金属部材の接合構造において、
前記第1部材は、前記第2部材の上側に重ねられていることを特徴とする異種金属部材の接合構造。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の異種金属部材の接合構造において、
前記第1部材は鋼板からなり、前記第2部材はアルミ合金板からなることを特徴とする異種金属部材の接合構造。
