Claims (6)
- 放射状のダクトホールが備えられた固定子鉄心、及び前記固定子鉄心に巻き取られた固定子コイルを備える固定子と、
前記固定子の中空に配置されて前記固定子コイルが発生させる磁力によって回転可能であり、回転軸、該回転軸の軸方向に積層されて前記回転軸に結合される複数の回転子鉄心、該複数の回転子鉄心に結合される回転子コイル、及び前記複数の回転子鉄心のそれぞれの間に積層されて前記回転子鉄心の内側の空気を外側に排出させるダクトプレートを備える回転子と、
を含み、
前記回転子鉄心は、前記回転軸の軸方向に空気が流通可能なエアホールが備えられ、
前記ダクトプレートは、放射状に形成された複数のブレード部、及び該複数のブレード部のそれぞれの間に形成されて前記回転子鉄心のエアホールに連通され前記回転子鉄心の外郭側に伸びて切開されたダクトスリット部を備え、
前記ダクトプレートは、前記ブレード部の端部がテーパー状に形成されて前記ダクトスリット部の外側端部の幅が拡張されるスリット拡張部を備える、半閉型誘導電動機。 - 前記ダクトスリット部は、前記回転子鉄心に備えられた複数のエアホールに一対一で対応し、前記ダクトプレートの内側から外郭側に放射状に形成される、請求項1に記載の半閉型誘導電動機。
- 前記回転子鉄心とダクトプレートには、回転子コイルが結合されるコイル結合溝が備えられる、請求項1に記載の半閉型誘導電動機。
- 前記ダクトプレートは、前記回転軸の軸方向に対して前記固定子鉄心のダクトホールとずれる位置に配置されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の半閉型誘導電動機。
- 前記固定子と回転子が内蔵され、外部空気が内部に流入する空気流入口を備えるフレームをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の半閉型誘導電動機。
- 前記フレームの内側の両端に備えられ、前記フレームの空気流入口を介して流入した空気を前記回転子側に案内するエアガイドをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の半閉型誘導電動機。
