Claims (3)
- 駆動源に回転連結された駆動側プレートを共有し、前記駆動側プレートに対向して配設される従動側プレート、前記従動側プレートを押動して前記駆動側プレートに摺動させるプレッシャプレート、及び前記プレッシャプレートを駆動するアクチュエータをそれぞれ有し、前記駆動源に回転連結された継合状態と前記駆動源から切断された切断状態とを切り替え可能である第1摩擦クラッチ及び第2摩擦クラッチと、
前記第1摩擦クラッチにより前記駆動源に継断可能に回転連結され、かつ複数の変速段の1つを選択可能とする第1変速機構と、
前記第2摩擦クラッチにより前記駆動源に継断可能に回転連結され、かつ複数の変速段の1つを選択可能とする第2変速機構と、
前記第1摩擦クラッチ及び前記第2摩擦クラッチのうち車両の発進に際して前記切断状態から前記継合状態へ継合動作する一方のクラッチの温度を実測または推測するクラッチ温度検出手段と、
前記第1摩擦クラッチ、前記第2摩擦クラッチ、前記第1変速機構、及び前記第2変速機構を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、
車両走行途中の一時停止時に、実測または推測した前記一方のクラッチの温度を規定値と比較して、高温状態を判定する高温判定手段と、
前記一方のクラッチが高温状態のときに、前記他方のクラッチに回転連結される第1変速機構または第2変速機構をニュートラル状態とし、前記一時停止時から車両発進まで前記他方のクラッチの前記継合状態を継続し、前記一方のクラッチが高温状態以外のときに、前記他方のクラッチを切断状態とする放熱促進手段と、
を有する車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機。 - 前記制御部は、前記一方のクラッチの前記高温状態の程度の大小に対応して、前記放熱促進手段の動作時間の長短を調整する第1放熱調整手段をさらに有する請求項1に記載の車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機。
- 前記制御部は、前記一方のクラッチの温度の変化に応じて、前記放熱促進手段の動作終了タイミングを調整する第2放熱調整手段をさらに有する請求項1に記載の車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機。
