Description
Claims (4)
- 電動車両(1)の走行用電動モータ(21)へ電力供給するバッテリセルを収容するバッテリケース(20)を含み、電動車両(1)に対して着脱自在である電動車両用電源装置において、
電動車両の車体側に設けられる車体側端子に接続されるバッテリケース側端子(73)を収容する絶縁ブロック(74)と、
前記絶縁ブロック(74)を前記バッテリケース(20)内に保持するため、前記バッテリケース(20)の壁部から内側に張り出し、前記絶縁ブロック(74)の外形面に沿って該外形面に対して所定の間隙を有して配置される複数のリブ(94a、95a、96a、94b、95b、96b)とを備え、
前記バッテリケース(20)には、前記バッテリケース側端子を外部に臨ませて前記絶縁ブロック(74)が貫通される開口(103)を設けるとともに、
前記絶縁ブロック(74)のうち前記開口(103)に貫通する部分が、前記バッテリケース(20)の内外から該開口(103)の内縁に当接する二つのフランジ(741、742)を備え、該二つのフランジによって形成される中間部の外周面が間隙(G1)を有して前記開口(103)に遊嵌されており、
前記バッテリケース(20)には、前記バッテリケース側端子(73)から引き出されるハーネス(105)側に位置させられて前記ハーネス(105)が接続されるヒューズ(99)と、
前記ヒューズ(99)を保持する複数の張出部(98a、98b、99b、100b)とがさらに設けられていることを特徴とする電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記バッテリケース(20)が、車載状態で車体前方側に位置するケース前部分(20F)、および車体後方側に位置するケース後部分(20Rr)からなり、
バッテリセルを収容する第1収容部(20M)と、
前記第1収容部(20M)の下方に位置し、前記ヒューズ(99)および前記絶縁ブロック(74)を収容する第2収容部(20B)とを区画しており、
かつ前記第1収容部(20M)を形成している前記ケース前部分(20F)と前記ケース後部分(20Rr)との間がシール部材でシールされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記バッテリケース(20)には、前記第2収容部(20B)を構成する下部壁に形成される排水孔(75)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動車両用電源装置。
- 前記ヒューズ(99)が、前記第2収容部(20B)のうち、前記第1収容部(20M)側の壁(84)に近接して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動車両用電源装置。
