Claims (7)
- 前面壁と後面壁と二つの側面壁と底面壁とから構成された収納部を有し、少なくとも前記底面壁に複数の空洞部が形成された中空断面を有する収納ケースと、
電池セルを有し前記収納ケースに収納された電池モジュールとを備え、
前記収納ケースにおける前記電池モジュールの下側に位置する部分に、前記底面壁に形成された前記空洞部に連通され上方に開口された配置凹部が形成され、
前記配置凹部に前記電池セルを加熱するヒーターが前記電池セルと非接触の状態で配置された
車載用バッテリー。 - 前記ヒーターの下側に位置する前記空洞部に、前記ヒーターに電流を供給するためのヒーター用電線が配置された
請求項1に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記底面壁に形成された前記空洞部に断熱材が配置された
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記断熱材が前記ヒーターの下側に位置する前記空洞部に配置された
請求項3に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記配置凹部に互いに向き合う方向に開口された一対の取付溝が形成され、
前記ヒーターの両端部がそれぞれ前記一対の取付溝にスライドされた状態で挿入され前記ヒーターが前記配置凹部に配置された
請求項1、請求項2、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記ヒーターが平板状に形成され、前記ヒーターの板厚方向が上下方向に一致された
請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記電池モジュールの内部に冷却風を流動させる冷却ファンが設けられ、
前記ヒーターの駆動時に前記冷却ファンの駆動が停止される
請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項4、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の車載用バッテリー。
