Claims (4)
- 複数の電池セルが一方向に配列されて構成される電池スタックと、
前記電池スタックが収容される収容ケースと、
前記電池セルを昇温させるヒータと、
を備える電池パックであって、
前記ヒータは、前記収容ケース内においてケース底部上に前記電池セルのセル底部から鉛直下方に離間して配置され、
前記ケース底部と前記電池セルのセル底部との間に形成される空間は、前記複数の電池セルの配列方向と直交する方向の断面において閉じ空間として形成されており、
前記ヒータは、前記収容ケースのケース底部の一部を構成するヒータ設置部材上に設置され、前記ヒータ設置部材は前記ヒータが設置される平板状の台座部と前記台座部の下面から幅方向両側にそれぞれ延びる2つの底板部とを含み、前記空間に面した前記底板部の上面は前記ヒータが設置される前記台座部の上面よりも低い位置になっている、
電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記ケース底部にはヒータ設置部が凹状に形成され、前記電池セルの配列方向と直交する方向に関して前記ヒータ設置部の両側にあるスタック支持部が前記電池セルのセル底部に接触した状態で前記電池スタックを支持していることによって前記空間が閉じ空間となっており、前記スタック支持部と前記セル底部との接触部に弾性体が介在されている、電池パック。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記ヒータは前記収容ケースと非接触となるよう断熱手段を介して前記ケース底部上に配置されている、電池パック。 - 請求項3に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記断熱手段は、空気層を含むように凸部が形成された絶縁性樹脂シートで構成される、電池パック。
