ここで,融解エンタルピー(測定融解熱量)Xは,DSC分析装置を用いて測定した熱量である。完全融解エンタルピー(完全結晶体融解熱量)Yとは,格子欠陥や不純物のない理想的な完全結晶の融解熱量のことである。完全融解エンタルピー(完全結晶体融解熱量)Yは,ガスケット170の材料に応じて一義的に決まる値である。

Claims (5)
- 発電要素と,開口を有して前記発電要素を電解液とともに内部に収容するケース本体部材と,前記ケース本体部材の前記開口を閉塞するケース蓋部材と,前記ケース蓋部材に設けられた貫通孔に挿通される挿通部を有するとともに,前記発電要素に電気的に接続される電極端子部材と,を備える電池であって,
フッ素系合成樹脂からなり,前記電極端子部材と前記ケース蓋部材の内面との間に挟持されるシール部を有する電池用封止部材を備え,
前記シール部の結晶化度が,前記シール部以外の結晶化度よりも高いものであり,
前記ケース蓋部材の内面には前記貫通孔を囲んで円筒状に突出した凸部が形成されており,
前記シール部に,前記凸部と前記電極端子部材との間で厚み方向に圧縮された高圧縮部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする電池。 - 請求項1に記載の電池であって,
前記シール部の結晶化度が40%以上である
ことを特徴とする電池。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電池であって,
前記電池用封止部材は,
前記挿通部を挿通させる挿通孔が形成されているとともに,
前記シール部から見て前記挿通孔に近い内側に位置して前記挿通孔を囲む内縁部と,前記内縁部を囲む前記シール部と,前記シール部から見て前記内縁部とは反対の外側に位置して前記シール部を囲む外縁部とからなり,
前記シール部は,前記内縁部および前記外縁部より結晶化度が高いものである
ことを特徴とする電池。 - 請求項3に記載の電池であって,
前記内縁部は,少なくとも一部を前記挿通部とともに前記ケース蓋部材の貫通孔に挿通させるものである
ことを特徴とする電池。 - 請求項3又は請求項4に記載の電池であって,
前記電極端子部材として,前記ケース蓋部材の内面との間に前記シール部を挟持する平板部を備えるとともに,前記挿通部が前記平板部の一主面から垂直に延設されているものを有しており,
前記外縁部は,前記平板部の前記一主面と連なる周側面を囲うものである
ことを特徴とする電池。
