Abstract
Description
또한, 본 발명은 제1 및 제2 전극탭이 인출되는 전극 조립체와, 상기 전극 조립체가 수용되는 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 개방부를 밀봉하는 캡 조립체를 포함하는 이차전지에 있어서, 상기 캡 조립체는, 상기 케이스의 개방부를 외부로부터 차단하는 크기로 이루어지고 단자통공이 형성된 캡 플레이트와, 상기 캡 플레이트의 단자통공의 내경보다 큰 외경을 가져 단자통공에 압입되는 절연 가스켓과, 상기 절연 가스켓의 내경보다 큰 외경을 가져 절연 가스켓에 압입되고 상기 전극 조립체의 어느 한 극과 접속되는 전극단자를 포함하는 이차전지를 제공한다.
Claims (9)
- 제1,2 전극탭이 인출된 전극 조립체가 케이스에 수납되는 단계;전극단자가 그 외경보다 작은 내경의 절연 가스켓에 압입되는 단계;상기 절연 가스켓이 그 외경보다 작은 내경으로 형성된 캡 조립체의 단자통공에 압입되는 단계; 및상기 캡 조립체가 상기 케이스를 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는 이차전지의 조립방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극단자가 상기 절연 가스켓에 압입되는 단계는, 상기 절연 가스켓의 내경이 상기 전극단자의 외경에 대해 96~97% 크기를 가진 상태에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 조립 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연 가스켓이 상기 단자통공에 압입되는 단계는, 상기 단자통공의 내경이 상기 절연 가스켓의 외경에 대해 96~97% 크기를 가진 상태에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 조립 방법.

- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 캡 플레이트는, 그 단자통공의 내경이 상기 절연 가스켓의 외경에 대해 96~97%의 크기로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 절연 가스켓은, 그 내경이 상기 전극단자의 외경에 대해 96~97%의 크기로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 전극단자는 음극인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
