Description
先行シートバーの尾端部あるいは後行シートバーの先端部の少なくとも一方の板幅方向端部の形状がテーパ形状あるいは曲線形状になるように粗圧延工程で成形した後、そのテーパ形状あるいは曲線形状の少なくとも一部を残した状態で先行シートバーの尾端部と後行シートバーの先端部をシャーにより剪断することを特徴とする熱延鋼板の製造方法。

Claims (3)
- 熱間圧延ラインの仕上圧延の直前にて、先行シートバーの尾端部と後行シートバーの先端部をシャーにて剪断した後、誘導加熱、アップセットして接合し、連続的に仕上圧延することにより、複数本のスラブから連続して複数の熱延鋼板コイルを製造する完全連続熱間圧延方法を用いて熱延鋼板を製造するに際して、
粗圧延工程で、エッジャーによるショートストローク制御、または、サイジングプレスによる予成形とエッジャーによるショートストローク制御を組み合わせて、先行シートバーの尾端部あるいは後行シートバーの先端部の少なくとも一方の板幅方向端部の形状が板幅方向にテーパ形状あるいは曲線形状になるように成形した後、その板幅方向のテーパ形状あるいは曲線形状の少なくとも一部を残した状態で先行シートバーの尾端部と後行シートバーの先端部をシャーにより剪断することを特徴とする熱延鋼板の製造方法。 - シャーによる剪断後の、先行シートバーの尾端部または後行シートバーの先端部の少なくともいずれか一方の板幅が、定常部の板幅より50〜100mmの範囲で狭く、かつその狭幅部の圧延方向の長さが50mm以下になるように、粗圧延工程での板幅制御とシャーによる剪断位置制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱延鋼板の製造方法。
- 粗圧延工程の最終圧延パス出側にて、先行シートバーの尾端部または後行シートバーの先端部のいずれか一方の平面形状を測定して、シャーでの剪断位置を決定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱延鋼板の製造方法。
