現在のところ最も実際的で好ましい実施形態と思われるものに基づいて本発明を例示を目的として詳細に説明したが、言うまでもなく、かかる詳細は単に例示を目的としたものである。本発明は開示の実施形態に限定されず、逆に添付した請求項の精神と範囲内の修正や等価物を含むものである。言うまでもなく、例えば、本発明では、可能な限り、どの実施形態の特徴を他の実施形態の特徴と組み合わせることができる。
Claims (5)
- 患者に人工呼吸するため前記患者の気道に送られる呼吸可能ガスの加圧フローを生成するように構成された呼吸システムであって、
患者の気道に送る、制御可能ガスパラメータを有する呼吸可能ガスの加圧フローを生成するように構成された圧力ジェネレータと、
前記患者の気道における又はその近くにおけるガスパラメータに関する情報を担う出力信号を生成するように構成されたセンサと、
コンピュータプログラムモジュールを実行するように構成されたプロセッサと、を有し、前記コンピュータプログラムモジュールは、
前記センサの出力信号に基づき前記患者のピーク呼吸圧力を決定するように構成された分泌物検出モジュールであって、分泌物により前記気道のフローパスのフローエリアが狭くなると前記ピーク呼吸圧力が大きくなり、前記分泌物検出モジュールは分泌物除去ルーチンを開始すべきことを示すトリガー信号を生成し、前記分泌物除去ルーチンは吸引前サブルーチンと、吸引サブルーチンと、吸引後サブルーチンとを含む、分泌物検出モジュールと、
前記トリガー信号に基づき、前記圧力ジェネレータの制御を開始して、吸引前サブルーチンにより吸引の副作用を緩和及び/または分泌物除去を改善し、吸引サブルーチンにより気道又はその近くにおける一以上のガスパラメータの変動を調整し、吸引後サブルーチンにより分泌物除去ルーチンのインパクトを緩和することにより、前記分泌物除去ルーチンにおいて前記フローパスからの分泌物の除去を容易にするように構成されたフロージェネレータ制御モジュールと、
前記患者の気道に又はその近くに配置された吸引カテーテルによる吸引を開始すべきか示す他のトリガー信号を生成するように構成された吸引タイミングモジュールであって、前記吸引タイミングモジュールのトリガー信号は前記センサにより生成された出力信号に基づいて生成される、吸引タイミングモジュールとを有する、呼吸システム。 - 前記コンピュータプログラムモジュールは、さらに、前記吸引タイミングモジュールにより生成されたトリガー信号に応じて前記吸引カテーテルによる吸引が自動的に開始されるように、前記吸引カテーテルによる吸引を制御するように構成された吸引制御モジュールを有する、請求項1に記載の呼吸システム。
- 前記コンピュータプログラムモジュールは、さらに、前記圧力ジェネレータを制御して、前記呼吸可能ガスの加圧フローの制御可能ガスパラメータを選択的に調整するジェネレータ制御モジュールを有し、前記ジェネレータ制御モジュールは、前記呼吸可能ガスの加圧フローの制御可能ガスパラメータを調整して、前記吸引カテーテルによる吸引により生じる前記患者の気道における又はその近くにおけるガスパラメータの変動を小さくするように構成されている、
請求項1に記載の呼吸システム。 - 前記ジェネレータ制御モジュールは、前記呼吸可能ガスの加圧フローの制御可能ガスパラメータを調整して、前記吸引タイミングモジュールにより生成されるトリガー信号に応じた前記吸引カテーテルによる吸引により生じる前記患者の気道における又はその近くにおけるガスパラメータの変動を小さくするように構成されている、請求項3に記載の呼吸システム。
- 前記ジェネレータ制御モジュールは、前記吸引カテーテルによる吸引により生じる前記患者の気道における又はその近くにおけるガスパラメータの変動を小さくする、前記呼吸可能ガスの加圧フローの制御可能ガスパラメータの調整が、前記センサにより生成される出力信号に基づくように構成された、
請求項3に記載の呼吸システム。
