Description

Claims (14)
- 構成部品を成形品に連結する方法において、
(a)ブロー成形される前記成形品の壁に隣接して空隙を有する構成部品を配置すると共に、金型の成形面に設けられた凹部に前記構成部品の空隙を配置する工程と、
(b)前記成形品の壁がまだ少なくとも部分的に溶融している間に、前記構成部品の一部を前記成形品の壁の一部に重ね合わせる工程と、
(c)前記構成部品と前記成形品の壁との接続を保つために、前記成形品の壁を、前記成形品の壁の一部と重なり合った前記構成部品の一部と共に冷却する工程と、を有し、
前記(b)の工程において、前記構成部品と関連して少なくとも1つのツールを動かすことにより、
前記成形品の壁の一部が前記構成部品の一部に重なり合うまで、前記ツールが、前記成形品の壁の一部と係合して前記成形品の壁の一部を動かし、
前記成形品の壁の一部が、少なくとも部分的に前記空隙に動かされる
ことを特徴とする構成部品を成形品に連結する方法。 - 前記ツールが、前記凹部の軸と垂直である方向に動く
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、構成部品を成形品に連結する方法。 - 前記構成部品の前記空隙が、1つ以上のキャビティ、アンダーカット、溝、スロット、または、凹部、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、構成部品を成形品に連結する方法。 - 前記構成部品が、フランジを有し、
前記成形品の壁の一部が前記フランジの対向する2つの側面上を覆い、かつ、前記フランジが前記成形品の壁の一部で挟み込まれるように、前記成形品の壁の一部が、前記フランジの周りで折り曲げられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、構成部品を成形品に連結する方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのツールが、間隔をおいて配置された少なくとも2つのツール手段を有し、
前記少なくとも2つのツール手段が、前記構成部品と関連して前記成形品の壁の異なる部分を動かすために構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の、構成部品を成形品に連結する方法。 - 前記(a)の工程は、前記構成部品の端面を前記成形品の壁に押し付けて、前記成形品の壁の一部を移動させることによって、達成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、構成部品を成形品に連結する方法。 - 成形品を前記成形品に取り付けられる構成部品と共に形成する方法において、
(A)溶融パリソンを少なくとも2つの金型によって画定される金型キャビティに提供する工程と、
(B)前記パリソンを前記金型キャビティで形成する工程と、
(C)前記パリソンの少なくとも一部を切断する工程と、
(D)切断された前記パリソンを分割して、前記パリソンの内部を露出させるために、前記少なくとも2つの金型を分割する工程と、
(E)前記パリソンの壁に隣接して構成部品を配置する工程と、
(F)前記パリソンの壁がまだ少なくとも溶融している間に、前記構成部品の一部を前記パリソンの壁の一部に重ね合わせる工程と、
(G)密閉された金型キャビティを画定し、前記パリソンの切断された部分を再度一緒に接合するために、前記少なくとも2つの金型を閉じる工程と、を有し、
前記金型の少なくとも1つの成形面には、凹部が形成されており、
前記(E)の工程が、構成部品の表面を前記パリソンの壁に押し付けて、前記パリソンの一部を前記凹部に移動させることによって、達成され、
少なくとも1つのツールが、前記凹部に隣接して設けられ、
前記(F)の工程が、前記ツールを前記構成部品に向かって前進させて、前記パリソンの壁の一部を前記構成部品の周りに移動させることによって、達成される
ことを特徴とする成形品を前記成形品に取り付けられる構成部品と共に形成する方法。 - 前記パリソンの壁を、前記パリソンの壁の一部と重なり合った構成部品の一部と共に冷却する工程、をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の、成形品を前記成形品に取り付けられる構成部品と共に形成する方法。 - 前記ツールが、前記凹部の軸と垂直である方向に動く
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の、成形品を前記成形品に取り付けられる構成部品と共に形成する方法。 - 少なくとも1つの金型が、ツールを有し、
前記(F)の工程が、前記ツールを前記構成部品に向かって前進させて、前記パリソンの壁の一部を前記構成部品の周りに移動させることによって、達成される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の、成形品を前記成形品に取り付けられる構成部品と共に形成する方法。 - 複数のツールが、前記構成部品の複数の部分を前記パリソンの壁の一部に重ね合わせるために、用いられ、
前記複数のツールが、前記構成部品に向かって前進し、
前記パリソンの壁の異なる部分が、前記構成部品の周りで移動される
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の、成形品を前記成形品に取り付けられる構成部品と共に形成する方法。 - 構成部品を容器に取り付けるシステムにおいて、
前記容器がブロー成形される成形面の部分を画定するブロー金型と、
前記金型に設けられ、前記成形面に開口する少なくとも1つのツールキャビティと、
前記ツールキャビティ内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、前記成形面に関連して初期位置から前進位置に移動するツールと、を備え、
少なくとも前記ツールが前記前進位置まで移動した際に、前記ツールが、前記容器を形成するブロー成形材料と係合する作業面を有し、
前記金型の成形面には、前記容器が成形される成形面の一部を画定する凹部が形成されており、
前記凹部には、前記ツールキャビティと、前記ツールキャビティ内で移動可能な前記ツールと、が設けられ、
前記ツールによって、前記材料が前記構成部品の一部に対して動かされて、前記構成部品が前記容器に関連する位置で保持される
ことを特徴とする構成部品を容器に取り付けるシステム。 - 前記ツールが、前記凹部の軸と垂直である方向に動く
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の、構成部品を容器に取り付けるシステム。 - 前記凹部が、前記構成部品の端面を収容するサイズで形成され、かつ、前記端面に隣接して配置される前記容器を形成する材料で、構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の、構成部品を容器に取り付けるシステム。
