Claims (4)
- 磁束を発生する一次コイルと、
前記一次コイルの磁束がコイルの中を通過するように前記一次コイルと対向して配置され、電磁誘導により前記一次コイルから非接触で電力を受け取る二次コイルと、
前記二次コイルの中を通過した前記一次コイルの磁束が通過するように、かつ、前記二次コイルの、前記一次コイルと対向する側とは反対の側を覆うように配設された磁性体層と、
2つの磁極を切り替え可能に設けられたマグネット部であって、前記一次コイルで発生した磁束の最大値と前記磁性体層の飽和磁束との差よりも大きく、前記磁性体層が広がっている方向に沿って前記磁性体層を通過する磁束を発生するマグネット部と、
前記一次コイルで発生した磁束の方向を検出し、当該磁束の方向と反対の方向に磁束を発生するように前記マグネット部の磁極を切り替える磁極切り替え部と、を備えた、非接触電力伝送機器。 - 前記磁極切り替え部が前記マグネット部に磁力をかけて前記マグネット部の磁極を切り替える電磁石を備え、
前記マグネット部が粉末状の磁石を含む樹脂材料で形成されており、
前記樹脂材料は、前記磁極切り替え部から磁力を受けていないときは前記磁石を静止状態に保ち、前記磁極切り替え部から磁力を受けたときは前記磁石を回転することができる粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の非接触電力伝送機器。 - 前記磁極切り替え部は、前記一次コイルで発生した磁束の方向を電磁誘導により検出する磁束方向検出コイルを備えている、請求項2に記載の非接触電力伝送機器。
- 前記磁束方向検出コイルに向けて磁束を発生させる磁束発生コイルをさらに備え、
前記磁束方向検出コイルおよび前記磁束発生コイルは、前記マグネット部および前記電磁石により発生する磁束の影響を受けない位置に配設されている、請求項3に記載の非接触電力伝送機器。
