Claims (8)
- 非導電性ゴムで形成されたトレッドゴムに、導電性ゴムで形成され且つ接地面から前記トレッドゴムの側面に至る導電部が設けられている空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記導電部が、
前記トレッドゴムの表面に形成され、前記トレッドゴムの側面からタイヤ幅方向内側に延びて接地端を超えた位置で終端する外皮部と、
前記接地端よりもタイヤ幅方向外側の位置からタイヤ周方向に沿って螺旋状に延びて前記接地端よりもタイヤ幅方向内側の位置に至り、前記外皮部からタイヤ径方向内側に突出して前記トレッドゴムの底面に達することなく終端する突起部とを有することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記外皮部の終端位置を、接地端からタイヤ幅方向内側に向かって接地幅の5〜30%となる領域内に設定した請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記突起部の終端位置を、前記トレッドゴムの表面から主溝深さの15〜80%の範囲内に設定した請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記突起部の厚みを、前記外皮部の厚みよりも大きくした請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 非導電性ゴムで形成されたトレッドゴムに、導電性ゴムで形成され且つ接地面から前記トレッドゴムの側面に至る導電部が設けられている空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、
前記トレッドゴムを成形する工程が、帯状の非導電性ゴム部の外周面の少なくとも一部を導電性ゴム部で被覆してなるゴムリボンを、タイヤ周方向に沿って螺旋状に重ねて巻き付けて、前記導電性ゴム部の片方の端部を隣り合う前記導電性ゴム部の腹部に接続する段階を含み、
前記導電性ゴム部の前記トレッドゴムの表面に露出する部分を、前記トレッドゴムの側面からタイヤ幅方向内側に延びて接地端を超えた位置で終端する外皮部とし、前記導電性ゴム部の残りの部分を、前記接地端よりもタイヤ幅方向外側の位置からタイヤ周方向に沿って螺旋状に延びて前記接地端よりもタイヤ幅方向内側の位置に至り、前記外皮部からタイヤ径方向内側に突出して前記トレッドゴムの底面に達することなく終端する突起部とすることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。 - 前記外皮部を、接地端からタイヤ幅方向内側に向かって接地幅の5〜30%となる領域内で終端させる請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記突起部を、前記トレッドゴムの表面から主溝深さの15〜80%の範囲内で終端させる請求項5又は6に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記突起部になる前記導電性ゴム部の部分の厚みを、前記外皮部になる前記導電性ゴム部の部分の厚みよりも大きくした請求項5〜7いずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
