Claims (10)
- デュアルコネクティビティによりマスタ基地局とセカンダリ基地局と同時に通信する送受信部と、
前記マスタ基地局のためのRLC(Radio Link Control)レイヤと前記セカンダリ基地局のためのRLCレイヤとを有するRLCレイヤ処理部と、
前記マスタ基地局のためのRLCレイヤと前記セカンダリ基地局のためのRLCレイヤとの間でデータを送受信するPDCP(Packet Data Convergence Protocol)レイヤを有するPDCPレイヤ処理部と、
を有するユーザ装置であって、
前記RLCレイヤ処理部は、前記セカンダリ基地局に対して設定されているスプリットベアラを削除する際、前記セカンダリ基地局のためのRLCレイヤに対して再確立処理を実行し、前記再確立処理の実行後に前記スプリットベアラを解放するユーザ装置。 - 前記RLCレイヤ処理部は、前記再確立処理において前記セカンダリ基地局のためのRLCレイヤに滞留するデータパケットを前記PDCPレイヤ処理部に送信する、請求項1記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記滞留するデータパケットは、前記セカンダリ基地局のためのRLCレイヤにおけるリオーダリング待ちのRLCパケットデータユニットであり、
前記RLCレイヤ処理部は、前記リオーダリング待ちのRLCパケットデータユニットからRLCサービスデータユニットを構成し、前記PDCPレイヤ処理部に送信する、請求項2記載のユーザ装置。 - 前記スプリットベアラの解放がEPS(Evolved Packet System)ベアラ毎の削除である場合、前記RLCレイヤ処理部は、前記セカンダリ基地局のためのRLCレイヤに対して再確立処理を実行することなく、指定されたEPSベアラを削除する、請求項1乃至3何れか一項記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記PDCPレイヤ処理部は、データパケットのアウトオブシーケンスの検出に応答して起動されるリオーダリングタイマを有し、
前記リオーダリングタイマが満了すると、前記PDCPレイヤ処理部は、前記RLCレイヤ処理部から受信したリオーダリング待ちのデータパケットを上位レイヤに送信する、請求項1乃至4何れか一項記載のユーザ装置。 - 前記PDCPレイヤ処理部は、前記RLCレイヤ処理部から受信したリオーダリング待ちのデータパケットが前記マスタ基地局のためのRLCレイヤに対する再確立処理に伴い送信されたものであるか判断し、前記判断の結果に応じて前記リオーダリングタイマを制御する、請求項5記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記リオーダリング待ちのデータパケットが前記マスタ基地局のためのRLCレイヤに対する再確立処理に伴い送信されたものでない場合、前記PDCPレイヤ処理部は、前記リオーダリングタイマが満了すると、前記RLCレイヤ処理部から受信したリオーダリング待ちのデータパケットを上位レイヤに送信する、請求項6記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記リオーダリング待ちのデータパケットが前記マスタ基地局のためのRLCレイヤに対する再確立処理に伴い送信されたものである場合、前記PDCPレイヤ処理部は、ハンドオーバ時又は再接続時におけるリオーダリング処理を実行する、請求項6又は7記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記マスタ基地局と前記セカンダリ基地局とに対して設定されているスプリットベアラにおいてアップリンクデータパケットの送信方向を変更する際、前記RLCレイヤ処理部は、前記マスタ基地局のためのRLCレイヤと前記セカンダリ基地局のためのRLCレイヤとに対して再確立処理を実行し、前記PDCPレイヤ処理部は、前記PDCPレイヤに対して再確立処理を実行する、請求項1乃至8何れか一項記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記再確立処理は、前記送信方向の変更後にアップリンクデータパケットの送信を停止し、前記送信停止されたアップリンクデータパケットを前記送信方向の変更先の基地局に送信するよう前記RLCレイヤと前記PDCPレイヤとを設定する、請求項9記載のユーザ装置。
