Description
a.5重量%〜50重量%のアニオン性界面活性剤、
b.0.025重量%〜5重量%の、2meq/gm以下のカチオン電荷密度を有する第1カチオン性ポリマーであって、該第1カチオンポリマーは、セルロース、デンプン、グアー、及び非グアーガラクトマンナンからなる群から選択される天然由来のカチオン性ポリマーであり、該第1カチオン性ポリマーは、希釈なしの組成物中に、又は水による希釈時に、等方性コアセルベートを形成する、
c.0.025重量%〜5重量%の、4meq/gm以上のカチオン電荷密度を有する第2カチオン性ポリマーであって、該第2カチオン性ポリマーは、合成カチオン性ポリマーであり、該第2カチオン性ポリマーは、該アニオン性界面活性剤と組み合わせた際に、リオトロピック液晶コアセルベートを形成する、および
d.20重量%〜94重量%の水
を含むパーソナルクレンジング組成物を製造する方法であって、
該製造方法が、以下の工程
主要タンクを準備すること、
濃縮塩溶液中でアニオン性界面活性剤と共に、第2カチオン性ポリマーである合成カチオン性ポリマーを混合し、リオトロピック液晶コアセルベートを主要タンク外にプレミックスで形成すること、
該プレミックスを主要タンクへ添加すること、及び
第1カチオン性ポリマーである天然由来のカチオン性ポリマーを主要タンクへ添加すること、を含み
ここで、第1カチオン性ポリマーである天然由来のカチオン性ポリマーを、主要タンクへプレミックスを添加する前、又は、主要タンクへプレミックスを添加した後に、主要タンクへ添加する、該製造方法に関する。
パーソナルケア組成物は、当該組成物にクリーニング性能を提供するためのアニオン性洗浄性界面活性剤成分を含む。アニオン性洗浄性界面活性剤成分は、同様に、アニオン性洗浄性界面活性剤、組成物のpHにてアニオン性である結合基を有する双性イオン性又は両性洗浄性界面活性剤又はそれらの組み合わせを含むが、好ましくはアニオン性洗浄性界面活性剤である。このような界面活性剤は、本明細書に記載される必須成分と物理的及び化学的に適合すべきであるか、又はさもなければ過度に製品の安定性、審美性、若しくは性能を損なうべきではない。
本発明のパーソナルケア組成物は、低電荷密度のカチオン性ポリマーである第1カチオン性ポリマーを含む。好ましい実施形態では、前記第1カチオン性ポリマーは天然由来のカチオン性ポリマーである。本発明で使用する場合、用語「天然由来のカチオン性ポリマー」とは、自然源から得られるカチオン性ポリマーを意味する。自然源は、多糖ポリマーであってもよい。したがって、天然由来のカチオン性ポリマーは、セルロース、デンプン、グアー、非グアーガラクトマンナン、及び自然界にて見出される他の供給源から選択されてもよい。
本発明のパーソナルケア組成物には、カチオン性多糖類ポリマーである天然由来のカチオン性ポリマーが含まれてもよい。カチオン性多糖類ポリマーは、セルロースポリマー、デンプンポリマー、及びグルコシド結合によって共に結合している複数の単糖類で構成されているポリマーを包含する。
パーソナルケア組成物は、水溶性カチオン変性デンプンポリマーである天然由来のカチオン性ポリマーを含んでよい。本明細書で使用するとき、用語「カチオン変性デンプン」とは、デンプンが小さい分子量に分解される前にカチオン性基が付加されたデンプンを指し、又はカチオン性基がデンプンの変性後に所望の分子量に到達するように付加されたデンプンを意味する。「カチオン変性デンプン」という用語の定義には、正味の正電荷を有する両性変性デンプンも含まれる。用語「両性変性デンプン」とは、カチオン性基及びアニオン性基が付加されたデンプン加水分解物を意味する。
パーソナルケア組成物は、グアー又は非グアーガラクトマンナンポリマーであり得る天然由来のカチオン性ポリマーを含んでよい。一実施形態では、ガラクトマンナンポリマーは、モノマー対モノマーベースで2:1以上のマンノース対ガラクトース比を有するポリマー誘導体であり、ガラクトマンナンポリマー誘導体は、カチオン性ガラクトマンナンポリマー誘導体及び正味の正電荷を有する両性ガラクトマンナンポリマー誘導体からなる群から選択される。用語「ガラクトマンナンポリマー誘導体」とは、化学修飾したガラクトマンナンポリマー(即ち、ガラクトマンナンゴム)から得られる化合物を意味する。本明細書で使用するとき、用語「カチオン性ガラクトマンナン」とは、カチオン性基が付加されたガラクトマンナンポリマーを意味する。用語「両性ガラクトマンナン」とは、ポリマーが正味の正電荷を持つようにカチオン性基及びアニオン性基が追加されたガラクトマンナンポリマーを意味する。
本発明のパーソナルケア組成物は、高電荷密度を有する第2カチオン性ポリマーを含む。好ましい実施形態では、前記第2カチオン性ポリマーは合成カチオン性ポリマーである。第2カチオン性ポリマーは、アニオン性界面活性剤構成成分と組み合わされて、リオトロピック液晶を形成する。ポリマーは、改良されたコンディショニング性能を提供する安定したパーソナルケア組成物中で処方することができ、かつ更に、任意の大粒径コンディショニング剤(本明細書に記載される)の毛髪上への付着を向上させることができる。一実施形態では、合成カチオン性ポリマーは、
i)1以上のカチオン性モノマー単位、及び所望により
ii)負電荷を有する1以上のモノマー単位、及び/又は
iii)非イオン性モノマーから形成されてよく、
ここで、それに続くコポリマーの電荷は正である。3つのタイプのモノマーの比は、m、p、及びqで与えられ、ここで、mはカチオン性モノマーの数であり、pは負電荷を持つモノマーの数であり、並びに、qは非イオン性モノマーの数である。
Y=C1〜C22のアルキル、アルコキシ、アルキリデン、アルキル又はアリールオキシであり、
Ψ=C1〜C22のアルキル、アルキルオキシ、アルキルアリール又はアルキルアリールオキシであり、
Z=C1〜C22のアルキル、アルキルオキシ、アリール又はアリールオキシであり、
R1=H、C1〜C4の直鎖又は分枝状のアルキルであり、
s=0又は1、n=0又は≧1であり、
T及びR7=C1〜C22のアルキルであり、
X−=ハロゲン、水酸化物、アルコキシド、サルフェート又はアルキルサルフェートである。
Q=NH2又はOであり、
u=1〜6であり、
t=0〜1であり、
J=元素P、S、Cを含有する酸化官能基である。
本発明のパーソナルケア組成物は、油性コンディショニング剤、炭化水素油、ポリオレフィン、脂肪酸エステル、フッ素化コンディショニング化合物、脂肪族アルコール、四級アンモニウム化合物、ポリエチレングリコール、抗ふけ活性物質、抗菌活性物質、無機又は合成粒子、乳白剤、懸濁剤、噴射剤、パラフィン系炭化水素、一価又は二価の塩、芳香剤、ビタミン、キレート剤、染色剤、色素、染料及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される任意成分を更に含んでもよい。これらの任意構成成分は、米国特許出願公開第2003/0223951(A1)号にて詳細に記述されている。
油性コンディショニング剤が含まれる場合、それらは好ましくは非水溶性シリコーンコンディショニング剤の形態である。シリコーンコンディショニング剤は、揮発性シリコーン、不揮発性シリコーン、又はこれらの組合せを含んでもよい。不揮発性シリコーンコンディショニング剤が好ましい。揮発性シリコーンが存在している場合、揮発性シリコーンは典型的には、市販の形態の不揮発性シリコーン物質(シリコーンガム及び樹脂など)の溶媒又はキャリアとしての使用に付随するものである。シリコーンコンディショニング剤粒子は、シリコーン流体コンディショニング剤を含んでもよく、またシリコーン流体の付着効率を改善するか又は毛髪の光沢を増強するため、シリコーン樹脂のような他の成分を含んでもよい。
例示した全ての量は重量パーセントで記載され、特に指定されない限り、希釈剤、防腐剤、着色剤溶液、イメージ又は概念成分、植物などの微量物質は除外してある。
Claims (5)
- a.5重量%〜50重量%のアニオン性界面活性剤、
b.0.025重量%〜5重量%の、2meq/gm以下のカチオン電荷密度を有する第1カチオン性ポリマーであって、該第1カチオンポリマーは、セルロース、デンプン、グアー、及び非グアーガラクトマンナンからなる群から選択される天然由来のカチオン性ポリマーであり、該第1カチオン性ポリマーは、希釈なしの組成物中に、又は水による希釈時に、等方性コアセルベートを形成する、
c.0.025重量%〜5重量%の、4meq/gm以上のカチオン電荷密度を有する第2カチオン性ポリマーであって、該第2カチオン性ポリマーは、合成カチオン性ポリマーであり、該第2カチオン性ポリマーは、該アニオン性界面活性剤と組み合わせた際に、リオトロピック液晶コアセルベートを形成する、および
d.20重量%〜94重量%の水
を含むパーソナルクレンジング組成物の製造方法であって、該製造方法は、以下の工程

- 前記合成カチオン性ポリマーが、ジメチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジメチルアミノプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、ジ−tert−イソブチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジメチルアミノメチル(メタ)アクリルアミド、ジメチルアミノプロピル(メタ)アクリルアミド、エチレンイミン、ビニルアミン、2−ビニルピリジン、4−ビニルピリジン、トリメチルアンモニウムエチル(メタ)アクリレートクロライド、トリメチルアンモニウムエチル(メタ)アクリレートメチルサルフェート、ジメチルアンモニウムエチル(メタ)アクリレートベンジルクロライド、4−ベンゾイルベンジルジメチルアンモニウムエチルアクリレートクロライド、トリメチルアンモニウムエチル(メタ)アクリルアミドクロライド、トリメチルアンモニウムプロピル(メタ)アクリルアミドクロライド、ビニルベンジルトリメチルアンモニウムクロライド、ジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロライド、トリメチルアンモニウムエチル(メタ)アクリレートクロライド、トリメチルアンモニウムエチル(メタ)アクリレートメチルサルフェート、ジメチルアンモニウムエチル(メタ)アクリレートベンジルクロライド、4−ベンゾイルベンジルジメチルアンモニウムエチルアクリレートクロライド、トリメチルアンモニウムエチル(メタ)アクリルアミドクロライド、トリメチルアンモニウムプロピル(メタ)アクリルアミドクロライド、ビニルベンジルトリメチルアンモニウムクロライド及びトリメチルアンモニウムプロピル(メタ)アクリルアミドクロライドからなる群から選択されるモノマーを含む、請求項1に記載のパーソナルクレンジング組成物の製造方法。
- 高分子アニオン性増粘剤を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のパーソナルクレンジング組成物の製造方法。
- 前記高分子アニオン性増粘剤がアクリレートコポリマーである、請求項4に記載のパーソナルクレンジング組成物の製造方法。
