Description
Claims (13)
- 次のa)〜f)を含み、含有するアルミン酸カルシウムセメントが3.3wt%未満である、耐火物品を製造するための耐火混合物。
a)アルミナ、アンダルサイト、ムライト、及びこれらの材料の組み合わせから選ばれる骨材
b)骨材としての炭化ケイ素
c)骨材としてのヒュームドシリカ
d)結合剤としての金属アルミニウム
e)炭化ホウ素、ケイ素、及びこれらの材料の組み合わせから選ばれる酸化防止剤
f)スラグの侵入を防止するためのカーボンブラック又はピッチ - セメントを含まない、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- アルミン酸カルシウムセメントを含まない、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 含有するセメントが0.2wt%未満である、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- ジルコニアとマグネシアからなる群より選ばれるpH緩衝剤を更に含む、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 前記ヒュームドシリカの粒子サイズが70メッシュ以下である、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 解膠剤を更に含む、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 結合剤としての金属ケイ素をさらに含み、存在する金属アルミニウムと金属ケイ素とを一緒にした量が0.1〜5wt%の範囲内である、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 結合剤としての金属ケイ素をさらに含み、存在する金属アルミニウムと金属ケイ素とを一緒にした量が0.2〜5wt%の範囲内である、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 存在する炭化ケイ素の量が17.5〜22.5wt%の範囲内である、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 存在するヒュームドシリカの量が2.5〜6wt%の範囲内である、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 存在する金属アルミニウムの量が0.5〜1wt%の範囲内である、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
- 結合剤としての金属ケイ素をさらに含み、存在する金属ケイ素の量が0.5〜5wt%の範囲内である、請求項1記載の耐火混合物。
