Description
Claims (10)
- ショートメッセージサービス(SMS)メッセージを、エンドユーザ装置を操作しているコンタクトセンタのエージェントにルーティングするためのシステムであって、
変形プロトコルを操作している複数のソースからSMSメッセージストリームを受信して、ユニバーサルプロトコルに従って、複数のストリームを単一のメッセージストリームに多重化するための、第1のノードと、
前記第1のノードに接続されたメディアゲートウェイサーバであり、前記単一のメッセージストリームを受信して、該単一のメッセージストリーム中のメッセージのうちの個々のメッセージを、複数の接続されたサーバのうちの個々のサーバに転送する、メディアゲートウェイサーバと、
前記接続されたサーバのうちの少なくとも1つに接続されたルータであり、前記コンタクトセンタにおいて保存されたルーティングの規則に従って、前記単一のメッセージストリーム中で表された個々のメッセージを、個々のエージェントに知的にルーティングする、ルータと、
を備え、
前記エンドユーザ装置を操作しているエージェントは、チャットセッションとして、又は、SMSメッセージとして、前記メッセージと通信し、
前記接続されたサーバのうちの1つまたは複数がチャットサーバである、
システム。 - 前記複数のソースが、1つまたは複数のショートメッセージサービスセンタ(SMSC)と、1つまたは複数の移動体ネットワークモデムとを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユニバーサルプロトコルが、ハイパーテキストトランスポートプロトコル(HTTP)である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユニバーサルプロトコルが、ショートメッセージピアツーピア(SMPP)プロトコルである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ルーティングの規則が、
前記メッセージの内容、
前記メッセージの発信者に関する情報、及び/又は、
前記メッセージを処理するために必要とされる特定の能力セットの判定、
に基づいて、前記エージェントを選択するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - ショートメッセージサービス(SMS)メッセージを、エンドユーザ装置を操作しているコンタクトセンタのエージェントにルーティングするための方法であって、
(a)プロセッサによって、変形プロトコルを操作している複数のソースからSMSメッセージストリームを受信して、ユニバーサルプロトコルに従って、前記複数のストリームを単一のメッセージストリームに多重化するステップと、
(b)前記単一のメッセージストリームを受信して、該単一のメッセージストリーム中のメッセージのうちの個々のメッセージを複数の接続されたサーバのうちの個々のサーバに転送するステップと、
(c)前記コンタクトセンタにおいて保存されたルーティングの規則に従って、前記メッセージストリーム内の個々のメッセージを、個々のエージェントに知的にルーティングするステップと、を含み、
前記エンドユーザ装置を操作しているエージェントは、チャットセッションとして、又は、SMSメッセージとして、前記メッセージと通信し、
前記接続されたサーバのうちの1つまたは複数がチャットサーバである、
方法。 - 前記複数のソースが、1つまたは複数のショートメッセージサービスセンタ(SMSC)と、1つまたは複数の移動体ネットワークモデムとを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ユニバーサルプロトコルが、ハイパーテキストトランスポートプロトコル(HTTP)である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ユニバーサルプロトコルが、ショートメッセージピアツーピア(SMPP)プロトコルである、請求項6に記載の方法。
