Claims (5)
- 一方室と他方室とを区画するバルブディスクと、このバルブディスクに積層されるリテーナと、上記一方室と上記他方室とを連通するとともに上記バルブディスクの内周側に形成されるバルブディスク通孔と上記リテーナに形成されるリテーナ通孔とからなる内周側流路と、上記バルブディスクの外周側に形成されて上記一方室と上記他方室とを連通する外周側流路と、上記リテーナの反バルブディスク側に積層されて外周部で上記内周側流路を開閉可能に塞ぐ環板状のリーフバルブとを備える緩衝器のバルブ構造において、
上記リテーナ通孔の流路面積が上記バルブディスク通孔の流路面積以上に設定されることを特徴とする緩衝器のバルブ構造。 - 上記バルブディスク及び上記リテーナの少なくとも何れか一方の合わせ面に環状の窓が形成され、この窓を介して上記バルブディスク通孔と上記リテーナ通孔とが連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。
- 上記バルブディスク通孔及び上記外周側流路が上記バルブディスクを軸方向に貫通するとともに、上記リテーナ通孔が上記リテーナを軸方向に貫通することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。
- 上記バルブディスクは、シリンダの内周面に摺接するとともに上記シリンダ内を上記一方室と上記他方室とに区画するピストンであり、上記外周側流路及び上記バルブディスク通孔が形成されるピストン本体と、このピストン本体の外周に沿って取り付けられる摺接部とからなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。
- 上記ピストン本体の外周部がリテーナ側に延びてスカート部が形成されており、
上記リテーナは、上記スカート部材内に挿入される小外径部と、この小外径部の反バルブディスク側に同軸に連設されて上記小外径部よりも外周が大きく形成される大外径部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。
