Claims (9)
- モータを冷却するための冷媒が通過する冷却管を受容する冷却管継手であって、
前記冷却管を受容する第1貫通孔を有する基部と、
前記第1貫通孔と連通し、前記冷却管を受容する第2貫通孔を有し、前記基部に締結される押え部材と、
前記第1貫通孔および前記第2貫通孔と連通し、前記冷却管を受容する第3貫通孔を有し、前記基部と前記押え部材との間に配置される変形部材と、
前記変形部材に面して配置され、前記第3貫通孔の中心軸に対して傾斜する第1傾斜面であって、前記押え部材を前記基部に締結する力によって、前記変形部材と圧接し、前記変形部材を前記中心軸に近づく方向へ変形させる、第1傾斜面と、を備え、
前記基部、前記押え部材、および前記変形部材は、いずれも同じ剛性と同じ熱膨張率とを有する金属材料から作製される、冷却管継手。 - 前記変形部材は、前記第1傾斜面と面接触する第2傾斜面を有する、請求項1に記載の冷却管継手。
- 前記基部は、前記第1貫通孔と平行に延在して該基部を貫通する螺子通過孔を有し、
前記押え部材は、
前記螺子通過孔に対応する位置に設けられた螺子孔を有し、
前記螺子通過孔を通過して前記螺子孔と螺合するボルトによって、前記基部に締結される、請求項1または2に記載の冷却管継手。 - 前記第1傾斜面は、前記基部に一体に形成される、請求項1または2に記載の冷却管継手。
- 前記基部は、前記押え部材に面する端面から内方に凹むように設けられた凹部を有し、
前記凹部は、前記第1貫通孔の開口を底面に含み、前記押え部材を内部に収容する、請求項4に記載の冷却管継手。 - 前記押え部材と前記変形部材との間に配置される中間押え部材をさらに備え、
前記第1傾斜面は、前記中間押え部材に一体に形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却管継手。 - 前記基部は、前記押え部材に面する端面から内方に凹むように設けられた凹部を有し、
前記凹部は、前記第1貫通孔の開口を底面に含み、前記変形部材および前記中間押え部材を内部に収容する、請求項6に記載の冷却管継手。 - 前記冷媒が前記冷却管継手の外部に漏出するのを防止するために、前記冷却管の周囲に密着するリング部材をさらに備え、
前記リング部材は、前記押え部材に形成されたリング保持溝に収容される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の冷却管継手。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の冷却管継手を備える、モータ冷却装置。
