Claims (5)
- 固定子の内径側に配置された回転子の磁極を構成する磁石は、回転軸の外周に設けられた環状の第1の磁石と、前記第1の磁石の外周側に配置され前記第1の磁石よりも磁気特性の高い複数の第2の磁石とから成り、
前記第1の磁石の外周面には、周方向に等ピッチで形成された凹部が、磁極と同じ数だけ形成され、
前記各第2の磁石は、
前記各凹部に配置され、円周方向に対する中央部の厚みが端部の厚みより大きく形成され、
前記第1の磁石は、
磁極が前記各凹部に交互に現出して隣接する凹部の一方から他方に磁気が抜けるように極異方配向されている電動機。 - 前記第2の磁石の外径側面は、その円弧中心が前記固定子の内径面の円弧中心と同一となるように形成されている請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記第2の磁石は、磁化配向の焦点が、前記回転子の中心と磁石の中央部とを結ぶ線上、かつ、前記回転子の外側になるように着磁されている請求項1または2に記載の電動機。
- 前記第1の磁石の凹部が回転軸側へ突となる湾曲形状である請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の電動機。
- 前記第1の磁石がフェライトボンド磁石であり、前記第2の磁石が焼結フェライトである請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の電動機。
