Description

b)少なくとも1の架橋剤、
c)少なくとも1の開始剤、
d)場合により1もしくは複数の、a)に挙げたモノマーと共重合可能なエチレン性不飽和モノマーおよび
e)場合により1もしくは複数の水溶性ポリマー
を含有するモノマー溶液を重合することによって吸水性ポリマー粒子を製造する方法であって、モノマーa)を、少なくとも部分的に中和し、かつ中和熱を少なくとも部分的に、冷媒を用いた間接的な熱交換器によって除去する方法において、熱交換器の比冷却出力が、10W/cm2未満であることを特徴とする、吸水性ポリマー粒子の製造方法によって解決された。

Claims (9)
- a)少なくとも1のエチレン性不飽和の酸基を有するモノマーとしてのアクリル酸、
b)少なくとも1の架橋剤、
c)少なくとも1の開始剤、
d)場合により1もしくは複数の、a)に挙げたモノマーと共重合可能なエチレン性不飽和モノマーおよび
e)場合により1もしくは複数の水溶性ポリマー
を含有するモノマー溶液を重合することによって吸水性ポリマー粒子を製造する方法であって、15〜30℃の温度を有するモノマーa)を、少なくとも部分的に中和し、かつ中和熱を少なくとも部分的に、冷媒を用いた間接的な熱交換器によって除去する方法において、熱交換器の比冷却出力が、5W/cm2未満であることを特徴とする、吸水性ポリマー粒子の製造方法。 - 熱交換器中の冷媒の温度が、少なくとも10℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 熱交換器中のモノマー溶液を40℃未満に冷却することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 熱交換器を向流で運転することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- モノマー溶液の含水率が最大で70質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 中和されたモノマーa)の中和度が、少なくとも50モル%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 中和されたモノマーa)を少なくとも部分的に中和に返送することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 中和されたモノマーa)の25〜95%を返送することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 吸水性ポリマー粒子が、少なくとも15g/gの遠心保持力を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
