Description
Claims (4)
- 外力により変位する振動子を自励共振させる自励共振回路(60)であって、
デジタル値が入力され、入力されたデジタル値に応じた周波数の信号を、前記振動子を駆動させるための駆動信号として発生するデジタル制御発振回路(53)と、
前記デジタル制御発振回路に発生させる信号の周波数を制御する制御回路(54)と、
前記振動子の振動を検出した検出信号が入力されるとともに、前記デジタル制御発振回路から駆動信号が入力され、それら検出信号と駆動信号との位相差をデジタル時間情報として検出する時間デジタル値変換回路(52)とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記時間デジタル値変換回路によってデジタル時間情報として検出された位相差が入力され、その検出された位相差が、前記振動子を共振させるために予め設定された共振位相差と一致するように、前記デジタル制御発振回路で発生させる信号の周波数を調整する周波数調整処理(S3、S4)を行なうことを特徴とする自励共振回路。 - 請求項1において、
クロックパルスを発生するデジタル発振回路(51)を備え、
前記時間デジタル値変換回路は、前記デジタル発振回路が発生するクロックパルスに基づいて位相差を計測し、
前記デジタル制御発振回路は、前記デジタル発振回路が発生するクロックパルスに基づいて時間を計測することで、入力されるデジタル値に応じた周波数の駆動信号を発生させる
ことを特徴とする自励共振回路。 - 請求項2において、
前記デジタル発振回路(51)は、リングオシレータであることを特徴とする自励共振回路。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、
前記制御回路は、
前記駆動信号の周波数を掃引制御しつつ、前記時間デジタル値変換回路により検出される位相差を、概略共振状態を示す位相差の範囲として予め設定された概略共振範囲内とする概略共振制御処理(S1、S2)を行い、
前記概略共振制御処理により、前記時間デジタル値変換回路により検出される位相差を概略共振範囲内とした後、前記周波数調整処理を行なうことを特徴とする自励共振回路。
