Claims (4)
- 取付面と、前記取付面に開口する圧力室とを有し、第1の膨張係数を有する基材と、
前記基材の前記取付面に固定される第1の面と、前記第1の面の反対側に位置する第2の面と、前記圧力室に開口する開口部と、前記第1の膨張係数と異なる第2の膨張係数を有する第1の部分と、前記第2の膨張係数よりも前記第1の膨張係数に近い第3の膨張係数を有する第2の部分と、を含む振動板と、
前記振動板の前記第2の面に設けられ、前記振動板を変形させて前記圧力室の容積を増大または減少させる圧電素子と、
を具備し、
前記振動板の前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分の一方が前記基材の前記取付面に固定され、
前記振動板の前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分の他方が、前記基材の前記取付面に固定された前記第1の部分または前記第2の部分に重ねられることを特徴とするインクジェットヘッド。 - 前記振動板の前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分の一方が前記圧力室を塞ぎ、
前記振動板の前記第1の部分および前記第2の部分の他方は、前記圧力室を塞ぐ前記第1の部分または前記第2の部分の周りに設けられるとともに、前記第1の部分または前記第2の部分と共に前記振動板の前記第1の面および前記第2の面を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインクジェットヘッド。 - 前記振動板の前記第1の部分が前記圧力室を塞ぎ、
前記振動板の前記第2の部分が、前記基材と一体に形成され、前記第1の部分の周りに設けられるとともに、前記第1の部分と共に前記振動板の前記第1の面および前記第2の面を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインクジェットヘッド。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一つに記載のインクジェットヘッドと、
画像形成のためのインクが貯蔵され、前記インクジェットヘッドにインクを供給するインクタンクとを具備することを特徴とする画像形成装置。
