Description
図1において、符号1は車両前部に配置されたエンジンを示し、このエンジン1による駆動力は、エンジン1後方の自動変速装置(トルクコンバータ等も含んで図示)2からトランスミッション出力軸2aを経てトランスファ3に伝達される。
制御ユニット30には、運転状態検出手段としての、各車輪14fl,14fr,14rl,14rrの車輪速センサ(左前輪車輪速センサ21fl,右前輪車輪速センサ21fr,左後輪車輪速センサ21rl,右後輪車輪速センサ21rr)、ハンドル角センサ22、ヨーレートセンサ23、エンジン回転数センサ24、吸入空気量センサ25、自動変速装置2の変速制御等を行うトランスミッション制御部26が接続され、各車輪の車輪速(左前輪車輪速ωfl,右前輪車輪速ωfr,左後輪車輪速ωrl,右後輪車輪速ωrr)、ハンドル角θH、ヨーレートγ、エンジン回転数ωEG、吸入空気量mair、トランスミッションギヤ比GTMの各信号が入力される。

ここで、Aはスタビリティファクタ、lはホイールベース、nはステアリングギヤ比である。

・|Δγ|>e、且つ、ヨーレート偏差Δγとハンドル角θHが異符号の場合:

・上記以外の場合:Mzt=0 …(4)
ここで、eは予め実験、計算等により設定した作動閾値、GMZは予め実験、計算等により設定したヨーモーメントゲインである。すなわち、目標とする車両挙動と実際の車両挙動の差が大きく(|Δγ|>e)、且つ、車両挙動がアンダーステア傾向(ヨーレート偏差Δγとハンドル角θHが異符号)の場合には、上述の(3)式により、車両に付加する目標ヨーモーメントMztを算出し、それ以外の場合には車両に付加する目標ヨーモーメントMztを0とするのである。このように、本実施の形態では、車速算出部30a、目標ヨーレート算出部30b、ヨーレート偏差算出部30c、目標ヨーモーメント算出部30dで目標ヨーモーメント算出手段が構成されている。

ここで、Rtはタイヤ半径、GFrは後軸の終減速比であり、min((Fd・Rt/GFr),TTM)は、(Fd・Rt/GFr)とTTMの小さい方を示す。すなわち、換言すれば、トランスファクラッチ締結力Ptは、トランスミッション出力トルクTTMを上限として、アンダーステア低減要求に応じたトランスファトルク(Fd・Rt/GFr)に制御するようになっている。また、Ctはクラッチ諸元で決まる定数である。

ここで、ωoutは後軸の旋回外輪の車輪速を示す。
まず、ステップ(以下、「S」と略称)S101で、必要パラメータ、すなわち、4輪車輪速ωfl,ωfr,ωrl,ωrr、ハンドル角θH、ヨーレートγ、エンジン回転数ωEG、吸入空気量mair、トランスミッションギヤ比GTM等の各信号を読み込む。

Claims (5)
- 車両の主駆動軸としての前軸と副駆動軸としての後軸の間に上記主駆動軸と上記副駆動軸間の駆動力配分を可変自在な駆動力配分手段を設け、上記副駆動軸には左右輪間の差動機構に代えて左車輪側と右車輪側のそれぞれに締結と解放のみ可能で駆動力の伝達を継断自在なクラッチ手段を設けた4輪駆動車の制御装置であって、
車両の運転状態を検出する運転状態検出手段と、
上記車両の運転状態に基づいて車両に付加するヨーモーメントを目標ヨーモーメントとして算出する目標ヨーモーメント算出手段と、
上記主駆動軸の左右輪の平均車輪速が上記副駆動軸の旋回外輪の車輪速を越えて車両に上記目標ヨーモーメントを付加する際に、上記副駆動軸の旋回外輪側のクラッチ手段を締結すると共に、旋回内輪側のクラッチ手段を開放し、上記目標ヨーモーメントに基づいて上記駆動力配分手段を制御する制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする4輪駆動車の制御装置。 - 上記駆動力配分手段は、トルク伝達容量可変型の油圧多板クラッチであり、
上記制御手段は、上記トルク伝達容量可変型クラッチの締結トルクを上記目標ヨーモーメントに基づき上記副駆動軸の旋回外輪の目標駆動トルクを算出し、該目標駆動トルクと上記主駆動軸に出力されるトランスミッション出力トルクの小さい方に応じて設定して上記駆動力配分手段を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の4輪駆動車の制御装置。 - 上記制御手段は、上記主駆動軸の左右輪の平均車輪速が上記副駆動軸の旋回外輪の車輪速を越えず車両に上記目標ヨーモーメントを付加しない場合には、上記駆動力配分手段により上記副駆動軸の駆動力配分を0とし、上記副駆動軸の左車輪側と右車輪側のそれぞれのクラッチ手段を開放して駆動力の伝達を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の4輪駆動車の制御装置。
- 上記目標ヨーモーメントは、車両のアンダーステア傾向を抑制するヨーモーメントであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一つに記載の4輪駆動車の制御装置。
- 上記駆動力の伝達を継断自在なクラッチ手段は、ホイールクラッチであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一つに記載の4輪駆動車の制御装置。
