Claims (7)
- 第1の色である黄色の光を繊維条体に照射する第1光源部と、
前記第1の色とは補色の関係にある第2の色である青色の光を前記繊維条体に照射する第2光源部と、
前記第1光源部の光が前記繊維条体で反射した反射光と、前記第1光源部の光が前記繊維条体を透過した透過光と、を受光する第1受光部と、
前記第2光源部の光が前記繊維条体で反射した反射光と、前記第2光源部の光が前記繊維条体を透過した透過光と、を受光する第2受光部と、
前記第1受光部及び前記第2受光部が受光した前記反射光に基づいて、前記繊維条体の異物を検出する第1検出部と、
前記第1受光部又は前記第2受光部が受光した前記透過光に基づいて、前記繊維条体の太さを検出する第2検出部と、
を備えることを特徴とする繊維条体測定装置。 - 黄色の光を繊維条体に照射する第1光源部と、
紫外光を前記繊維条体に照射する第2光源部と、
前記第1光源部の光が前記繊維条体で反射した反射光と、前記第1光源部の光が前記繊維条体を透過した透過光と、を受光する第1受光部と、
前記第2光源部の光が前記繊維条体で反射した反射光と、前記第2光源部の光が前記繊維条体を透過した透過光と、を受光する第2受光部と、
前記第1受光部及び前記第2受光部が受光した前記反射光に基づいて、前記繊維条体の異物を検出する第1検出部と、
前記第1受光部又は前記第2受光部が受光した前記透過光に基づいて、前記繊維条体の太さを検出する第2検出部と、
を備えることを特徴とする繊維条体測定装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の繊維条体測定装置であって、
前記第1検出部は、前記反射光の測定値を閾値と比較して、前記繊維条体に混在するトラッシュと、トラッシュ以外の異物と、を判別する判別部を備えることを特徴とする繊維条体測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の繊維条体測定装置であって、
前記第1光源部と、前記第2光源部と、前記第1受光部と、前記第2受光部と、を格納する樹脂製のハウジングを更に備えることを特徴とする繊維条体測定装置。 - 請求項1から4までの何れか一項に記載の繊維条体測定装置であって、
繊維条体の走行方向において、前記第1光源部と前記第1受光部は、前記第2光源部と前記第2受光部の上流側に所定距離を隔てて配置されており、
前記第1受光部及び前記第2受光部が受光した前記透過光と前記所定距離とに基づいて、前記繊維条体の走行速度を取得する走行速度取得部を備えていることを特徴とする繊維条体測定装置。 - 請求項1から5までの何れか一項に記載の繊維条体測定装置であって、
前記第1光源部は、交互に発光する2つの発光素子を有し、
前記第1受光部は、反射光及び透過光を受光する2つの受光素子を有し、
前記第2光源部は1つの発光素子を有し、
前記第2受光部は、透過光を受光する1つの受光素子を有していることを特徴とする繊維条体測定装置。 - 糸をパッケージに巻き取る巻取装置と、
走行する前記糸を測定する請求項1から6までの何れか一項の繊維条体測定装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする糸巻取機。
