Claims (3)
- 走行する糸に紫外線を照射する投光手段と、前記投光手段から照射した紫外線のうち前記糸で反射される紫外線の反射光を受光し、受光量に応じた信号を出力する反射光受光手段とを備えた糸の異物検出装置であって、前記糸は、その主成分を白色の綿糸であり、前記投光手段は走行する糸に異なる方向から紫外線を交互に照射する2つの投光手段を有し、前記各投光手段から照射した紫外線のうち前記糸で反射される紫外線の反射光を受光し、受光量に応じた信号を出力する少なくとも2つの受光手段を備えてなることを特徴とする糸の異物検出装置。
- 糸で反射される紫外線の反射光を受光し、受光量に応じた信号を出力する受光手段が3つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の糸の異物検出装置。
- 投光手段から照射された紫外線のうち糸を透過した透過光を受光し、受光量に応じた信号を出力する透過光受光手段を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の糸の異物検出装置。
