Claims (13)
- 第1焦点、第2焦点、及び前記第1及び第2焦点を通過する光学軸を有する反射器と、前記反射器の第1焦点の近傍に配置され、反射器の第2焦点の近傍へと反射される光線を放射する光源と、前記反射器の第2焦点の近傍に位置する焦点及び光学軸を有し、前記光源から発射され前記反射器により反射された光線を前記光学軸に沿うビームとする第1光学素子と、ほぼ平坦面を有し、前記反射器の第2焦点の近傍に配置されたゾーンを有し、入射角で光源から放射された光線、および反射器により反射された光線を受ける第2光学素子とを備えるヘッドライト用照明装置において、
前記第2光学素子は、面内で前記反射器の光学軸に対して少なくとも横断方向へ移動して、前記ゾーンを前記光線外へ移動させるようになっており、
前記第2光学素子は、ほぼ水平であり、前記反射器の光学軸と直交方向である面に平行移動しうるようになっており、
前記第2光学素子の表面は、前記反射器の光学軸に対して、横断方向に横並びされた少なくとも2つのゾーンを有し、前記各ゾーンは、反射性、透明、着色、拡散又は発散レンズ、或いはこれらの組み合わせから選択された少なくとも1つのタイプであることを特徴とするヘッドライト用照明装置。 - 前記第2光学素子の表面は、ほぼ矩形の細長い形状であり、その長手軸には、反射性、透明、着色、拡散、又は発散レンズ或いはこれらの組み合わせから選択された少なくとも2つのゾーンを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
- 前記第2光学素子は、前記反射器の光学軸とほぼ直交方向に平行移動しうることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
- 前記第2光学素子の表面は、細長くかつ長手方向にほぼ円弧状にカーブし、反射性、透明、着色、拡散、又は発散レンズ、或いはこれらの組み合わせから選択された少なくとも2個の光学特性の異なるゾーンが、前記カーブに沿って分布されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
- 前記第2光学素子は、大きい半径で回転移動され、前記反射器の光学軸に対して横断方向へ前記ゾーンを移動させるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
- 前記第2光学素子の表面は、前記反射器の光学軸と交差するカットオフエッジと称されるエッジを、反射ゾーン反射器の反対側に有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
- 前記カットオフエッジは、前記反射器の光学軸に対して、ほぼ直交方向に可変プロファイルを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
- 前記カットオフエッジは、前記反射器の光学軸とほぼ直交方向に、一定プロファイルを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
- 前記反射器は、平面を境界とするハーフスペースのほぼ楕円形のカーブした反射面を備え、前記反射面の第1及び第2焦点は、前記平面の近傍に位置し、前記第2光学素子は、前記平面内、又は前記平面と平行に移動しうることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
- 前記第2光学素子は、少なくとも2つのインデックス位置に移動しうることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
- 前記第2光学素子は、その光学軸が、前記反射器の光学軸と、直角に交差する反射タイプであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
- 前記第1光学素子は、前記反射器の光学軸とほぼ対応する光学軸を有するレンズであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
- 前記第2光学素子は、更に前記反射器の光学軸に沿ってアクチュエータにより平行移動されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のヘッドライト用照明装置。
