Claims (7)
- 少なくとも可撓性を有するインターロック管と、前記インターロック管の外周部に設けられた樹脂層と、前記樹脂層の外周部に設けられた耐内圧補強層と、前記耐内圧補強層の外周部に設けられた軸力補強層と、前記軸力補強層の外周部に設けられた保護層と、を有する流体輸送用の可撓管の端末構造であって、
前記インターロック管の端部近傍に設けられ、前記耐内圧補強層を外周から固定する固定部材と、前記固定部材と接合される端末部材と、前記保護層を保持するホルダと、前記保護層の外周に設けられるシール部材を保持するシール保持部材と、前記シール保持部材と前記端末部材とを接続し、前記可撓管の端部を覆う外部ケースと、前記端末部材および前記シール保持部材と接合され、前記軸力補強層を構成する補強条を固定する固定板と、を具備し、
前記補強条の端部には、筒状の定着部材が設けられ、前記定着部材には前記補強条の端部が挿入され、前記補強条と前記定着部材との間には膨張剤が充填され、前記補強条は、前記膨張剤によって前記定着部材と接合され、前記定着部材が前記固定板に固定されることを特徴とする可撓管の端末構造。 - 前記膨張剤は、生石灰および珪酸塩を主成分とする膨張剤であり、加水による水和反応時に膨張し、
前記膨張剤によって、前記補強条の表面と前記定着部材の内面に対して膨張圧が付与されることにより、前記膨張剤と、前記補強条の表面および前記定着部材の内面との摩擦によって前記補強条と前記定着部材とが接合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の可撓管の端末構造。 - 前記固定板には孔が形成され、前記孔の内径は、前記定着部材の外径よりも小さく、前記孔に前記補強条が挿通され、前記固定板から突出する前記補強条の端部が前記定着部材に定着されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の可撓管の端末構造。
- 前記定着部材は、前記固定板に形成された孔に挿通され、前記固定板に溶接によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の可撓管の端末構造。
- 前記定着部材は、前記固定板に形成された孔に挿通され、ボルトによって前記固定板に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の可撓管の端末構造。
- 前記補強条の外周面と前記定着部材の内周面の少なくとも一方には膨張剤の充填前に粗面化処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の可撓管の端末構造。
- 前記補強条の表面または前記定着部材の内面に膨張剤の充填前に粗面化処理であるブラスト処理を行って、前記補強条と前記定着部材の間の膨張剤の摩擦力を大きくすると同時に、前記補強条と前記定着部材の表面に圧縮の残留応力を残して引張力に対する前記補強条と前記定着部材の抵抗を高めたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の可撓管の端末構造。
