Claims (2)
- 弁座(7)及びこの弁座(7)の中心部を貫通するノズル孔(8)を有するノズル部材(2),このノズル部材(2)の後端に連設される,磁性体よりなる筒状の弁ハウジング(3),並びにこの弁ハウジング(3)の後方に配置される固定コア(5)を有する弁ボディ(1)と,前記弁ハウジング(3)内周の摺動案内面(3a)に摺動自在に嵌装され,前記弁座(7)に着座してノズル孔(8)を閉じるゴム製の着座部材(17)を前端に接合した弁プランジャ(10)と,前記固定コア(5)及び前記弁プランジャ(10)間に縮設されて該弁プランジャ(10)を前記弁座(7)側に付勢する戻しばね(35)と,前記固定コア(5)を囲繞するように配置され,通電時,発生磁力により前記弁プランジャ(10)を前記固定コア(5)に吸引させて前記弁座(7)から離座させるコイル(22)とを備えてなる,ガス燃料用噴射弁において,
前記弁プランジャ(10)の前端面に,その外周部となる環状ランド部(50)に囲繞される円形凹部(51)を形成すると共に,その円形凹部(51)の内周面(51b)を,該円形凹部(51)の底面(51a)から前記環状ランド部(50)に向かって拡径するテーパ状に形成する一方,前記着座部材(17)に,前記内周面(51b)から前記環状ランド部(50)に亙り接合され,前記弁座(7)に着座する環状リップ(53)を形成すると共に,その環状リップ(53)を,その頂部の環状稜線(R)が前記弁プランジャ(10)の軸方向投影面上で前記内周面(51b)上に位置するように配置したことを特徴とする,ガス燃料用噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載のガス燃料用噴射弁において,
前記着座部材(17)には,前記環状リップ(53)の内周端に一体に連なって前記底面(51a)に接合される平坦部(52)を形成したことを特徴とする,ガス燃料用噴射弁。
