Description
グレード2−暴露された表面において、45度の角度からみると虹色もしくは可視的であるが、30度未満の角度だとはっきりとしない染みが確認される。
グレード3−反射像が不鮮明でなく、30度未満の角度でも可視的である明確な染みがある。
グレード4−30度未満の角度で可視的な、全体的に色が変化した、もしくはかなり虹色である表面を有する明確な染みがあり、その染みは、反射像を不鮮明とする場合もある。
グレード5−白亜化を伴うと思われる、光沢のないもしくはつやのない表面。
グレード6−明確なピンホール大の、著しいエナメル落ち。
グレード7−暴露部分での完全なエナメル落ち。
Claims (16)
- 鉛フリー、カドミウムフリー、ビスマスフリー、タンタルフリー、及びアンチモンフリーの、不透明な黒色のガラス−セラミックエナメル組成物であり、該組成物は、有機ビヒクルと固体部を有し、該固体部は、焼成に先立ち、
a.下記 i〜x を含む10〜80重量%のフリット部と、
i.41〜51重量%のSiO2、
ii.6〜17重量%のB2O3、
iii.8.1〜18重量%のTiO2、
iv.5.1〜13重量%のZnO、
v.0.1〜3重量%のLi2O、
vi.1〜7.9重量%のK2O、
vii.1〜7重量%のF、
viii.0.1〜1.9重量%のAl2O3、
ix.0.1〜1.5重量%のZrO2、
x.5〜12重量%のNa2O、
b.0.1〜30重量%の顔料と、
c.0.1〜15重量%の結晶種材料と、
を含むことを特徴とする。 - 請求項1の組成物であり、さらに、(e)0.1〜5重量%の金属を含み、且つ前記結晶種材料が、ホウ酸亜鉛、ケイ酸亜鉛、チタン酸亜鉛、ケイ酸アルミニウム、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるものであることを特徴とする組成物。
- 請求項1もしくは2の組成物であり、前記フリット部が、さらに、硫黄、金属硫化物、もしくはそれらの組み合わせを含み、焼成前の全ての割合において、前記フリット部に対する硫黄量が4重量%を超えないことを特徴とする組成物。

- 請求項5のエナメル組成物であり、前記還元剤が、ケイ素金属、硫化亜鉛、金属硫化物、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかのエナメル組成物であり、焼成後の前記エナメル組成物が、80℃、0.1N硫酸中で試験した場合、少なくとも24時間の浸漬劣化(wet through deterioration)に対して化学的耐久性能を有することを特徴とする組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかのエナメル組成物であり、前記ガラスフリット中のTiO2量が、8.89〜12.73重量%であることを特徴とする組成物。
- 不透明な黒色のガラス−セラミックエナメルコーティングでガラス基板を装飾する方法であり、該方法は、
a.フリット部を含む固体部と有機ビヒクルを有するエナメル組成物を、ガラス基板に塗布する段階であり、該固体部は、焼成に先立ち、
i.下記1〜10を含む10〜80重量%のガラスフリットと、
1.41〜51重量%のSiO2、
2.6〜17重量%のB2O3、
3.8.1〜18重量%のTiO2、
4.5.1〜13重量%のZnO、
5.0.1〜3重量%のLi2O、

- 請求項9〜12のいずれかの方法であり、前記フリット部が、さらに、硫黄、金属硫化物、もしくはそれらの組み合わせを含み、焼成前の全ての割合において、前記フリット部に対する硫黄量が4重量%を超えないことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9〜13のいずれかの方法であり、前記フリット部が、さらに、(a)0.1〜2重量%のCs2O、(b)0.1〜5重量%のMgO、(c)0.1〜5重量%のCeO2、(d)0.1〜10重量%のMnO、(e)0.1〜5重量%のCuO、(f)0.1〜5重量%のNiO、(g)0.1〜10重量%のSnO、(h)0.1〜5重量%のP2O5、(i)0.1〜10重量%のV2O5、(j)0.1〜5重量%のLa2O3、(k)0.1〜5重量%のPr2O3、(l)0.1〜5重量%のIn2O3、(m)0.1〜10重量%のFe2O3、(n)0.1〜5重量%のCr2O3、(o)0.1〜5重量%のCoO、(p)0.1〜4重量%のNb2O5、(q)0.1〜4重量%のWO3、(r)0.1〜4重量%のMoO3、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12〜14のいずれかの方法であり、前記エナメル組成物が、さらに、該組成物中の金属を還元するため、及び/又は該エナメル組成物中の金属の酸化を防止するための還元剤を含み、基板への銀の移動を制御することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9〜15のいずれかの方法であり、焼成後の前記エナメル組成物が、80℃、0.1N硫酸中で試験した場合、少なくとも24時間の浸漬劣化に対して化学的耐久性能を有することを特徴とする方法。
