グレード1-明らかな劣化がない
グレード2-45°の角度で観察するとき暴露面に真珠光沢または可視のさびがある。しかし30°未満の角度で観察するときは明らかではない。
グレード3-反射像を不鮮明にしないが30°未満の角度で可視である明瞭なさびがある。
グレード4- 全体として変色した明瞭なさびまたは30°未満の角度で見ることのできる強い真珠光沢であり、これらは反射像を不鮮明にするかもしれない。
グレード5-チョークで表面を曇らせるまたはつやを消すことができる。
グレード6-ピンホールを伴うエナメルの大きな剥離が明らかである
グレード7-暴露を受けた領域のエナメルの完全な剥離
Claims (19)
- フリット部を含有する固体部を含有するエナメル組成物であって、前記フリット部が、焼成前に、以下の成分を含有するものである、組成物。
30から50重量%のSiO2;
4.5から20.2重量%のCs2O;
6.1から11.5重量%のNa2O
6.5から20.2重量%のB2O3
8から25重量%のZnO
3.4から12.3重量%のTiO2
0から40重量%のBi2O3、及び
0から7重量%のF
- 請求項1のエナメル組成物であって、前記フリット部は以下の成分を含有するものである、組成物。
32から48重量%のSiO2;
5.5から18.5重量%のCs2O;
7.5から11.3重量%のNa2O
7.5から18.5重量%のB2O3
9から23重量%のZnO
4.3から11.3重量%のTiO2
10から20重量%のBi2O3、及び
1.5から6.5重量%のF - 請求項1のエナメル組成物であって、前記フリット部は以下の成分を含有するものである、組成物。
34から38重量%のSiO2;
6.5から16.5重量%のCs2O;
8.5から11.1重量%のNa2O
8から16.5重量%のB2O3
10から20重量%のZnO
5.5から10.3重量%のTiO2
10から20重量%のBi2O3、及び
2.5から5.5重量%のF
- 請求項1のエナメル組成物であって、前記フリットがさらに以下の成分からなる群から選ばれる1以上の成分を含有し、
0.1から1重量%のLa2O3;
0.1から1重量%のNb2O5;
0.1から1重量%のMnO2;
0.1から1重量%のCeO2;
0.1から1重量%のMoO3;及び
0.1から1重量%のWO3
前記酸化物の総量が前記フリット部の0.1から5重量%である、エナメル組成物。
- 請求項1のエナメル組成物であって、前記フリットはさらに以下の成分からなる群から選ばれる1以上の成分を含有する、エナメル組成物。
0.1から4重量%のAl2O3、と
0.1から3重量%のBaO
- 請求項1のエナメル組成物であって、さらにホウ酸亜鉛、ケイ酸亜鉛、チタン酸亜鉛、ケイ酸ビスマス及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、1以上の結晶性種物質を含有するエナメル組成物。
- 請求項1のエナメル組成物であってさらに顔料を含有するエナメル組成物。
- 請求項1のエナメル組成物であって、前記エナメル組成物は鉛を含有せず、かつカドミウムを含有しないエナメル組成物。
- 請求項1のエナメル組成物であって、前記フリット部は、25℃から300℃で測定したとき8.5X10-6 ℃-1以下の熱膨張係数を有する、エナメル組成物。
- 請求項1のエナメル組成物であって、前記フリット部は1100°F以下の焼成温度を有するものである、エナメル組成物。
- 請求項1のエナメル組成物であって、前記固体部は、総量が100重量%であり、以下の成分を含有するものであるエナメル組成物。
60から85重量%のフリット部
1から25重量%の顔料
0.1から15重量%の結晶性物質
10_重量%の銀;
及び任意に
0.1から5重量%の還元剤
- エナメル組成物を製造する方法であって、焼成前に以下の重量%である各成分を組み合わせ、エナメル組成物の固体部のフリット部を形成することを含む方法。
30から50重量%のSiO2;
4.5から20.2重量%のCs2O;
6.1から11.5重量%のNa2O;
6.5から20.2重量%のB2O3;
8から25重量%のZnO;
3.4から12.3重量%のTiO2;
0から40重量%のBi2O3;及び
0から7重量%のF
- 請求項12の方法であって、さらに以下の成分からなる群から選択される1以上の成分を組み合わせることを含む方法。
0.1から1重量%のLa2O3;
0.1から1重量%のNb2O5;
0.1から1重量%のMnO2;
0.1から1重量%のCeO2;
0.1から1重量%のMoO3;及び
0.1から1重量%のWO3
- 請求項12の方法であって、さらに以下の成分からなる群から選択される1以上の成分を組み合わせることを含む方法。
0.1から4重量%のAl2O3;と
0.1から3重量%のBaO。
- 請求項12の方法であって、さらに顔料、結晶性物質;任意に銀;及び任意に還元剤を組み合わせることを含む方法。
- 基板上にエナメルを形成する方法であって、前記基板上に下記エナメル組成物を与えること、
及び前記エナメル組成物と前記基板を、前記エナメル組成物を前記基板へ付着させるに十分な温度で焼成することを含む方法であって、
前記エナメル組成物は固体部を含有し、前記固体部はフリット部を含有し、前記フリット部は、焼成前に、
30から50重量%のSiO 2 ;
4.5から20.2重量%のCs 2 O;
6.1から11.5重量%のNa 2 O;
6.5から20.2重量%のB 2 O 3 ;
8から25重量%のZnO;
3.4から12.3重量%のTiO 2 ;
0から40重量%のBi 2 O 3 ;及び
0から7重量%のF
を含有するものである、方法。 - 請求項16の方法であって、前記フリット部はさらに以下の成分からなる群から選択される1以上の成分を含有するものであり、
0.1から1重量%のLa2O3;
0.1から1重量%のNb2O5;
0.1から1重量%のMnO2;
0.1から1重量%のCeO2;
0.1から1重量%のMoO3;
0.1から1重量%のWO3
前記酸化物の総量が前記フリット部の0.5から5重量%である方法。
- 請求項16の方法であって、前記フリット部がさらに以下の成分からなる群から選択される1以上の成分を含有するものである、方法。
0.1から4重量%のAl2O3;と
0.1から3重量%のBaO
- 前記エナメル組成物がビスマスを含有しないものである請求項16の方法。
