Claims (4)
- バイオマスを燃料として燃焼・ガス化させることでガス燃料を生成するガス化炉であって、
中空形状をなすガス化炉本体と、
該ガス化炉本体内にバイオマスを供給可能な複数の燃料供給系と、
前記ガス化炉本体内に燃焼・ガス化空気を供給可能な空気供給系と、
を備え、
前記複数の燃料供給系は、前記ガス化炉本体の下部にバイオマスを供給可能な第1燃料供給系と、前記ガス化炉本体における前記第1燃料供給系より上方にバイオマスを供給可能な第2燃料供給系とを有し、
前記第1燃料供給系が前記第2燃料供給系から供給されるバイオマスより反応速度の低いバイオマス供給用として用いられる、
ことを特徴とするガス化炉。 - 前記第2燃料供給系は、前記ガス化炉本体における鉛直方向の中間位置にバイオマスを供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス化炉。
- 前記空気供給系は、前記ガス化炉本体にて、前記第1燃料供給系によりバイオマスが供給される供給位置の近傍に燃焼・ガス化空気を供給することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガス化炉。
- バイオマスを燃料として燃焼・ガス化させることでガス燃料を生成するガス化炉と、
該ガス化炉で生成されたガス燃料と化石燃料を燃焼させて発生した熱を回収するボイラと、
を備え、
前記ガス化炉は、
中空形状をなすガス化炉本体と、
該ガス化炉本体内にバイオマスを供給可能な複数の燃料供給系と、
前記ガス化炉本体内に燃焼空気を供給可能な空気供給系と、
を有し、
前記複数の燃料供給系は、前記ガス化炉本体の下部にバイオマスを供給可能な第1燃料供給系と、前記ガス化炉本体における前記第1燃料供給系より上方にバイオマスを供給可能な第2燃料供給系とを有し、
前記第1燃料供給系が前記第2燃料供給系から供給されるバイオマスより反応速度の低いバイオマス供給用として用いられる、
ことを特徴とするボイラ設備。
