Description
精製水100gに対し、硝酸セリウム六水和物(Ce(NO3)3・6H2O)18.61gを室温で撹拌しながら溶解させた。前記水溶液1に、精製水100gにシュウ酸二水和物(C2O4H2・2H2O)9.75gを溶解させた水溶液2を滴下し、生成された沈殿物を洗浄ろ過により収集した。前記沈殿物を乾燥炉にて120℃で乾燥させた後、大気雰囲気下の電気炉にて400℃で1時間焼成し、得られたCe酸化物を二酸化炭素捕捉材とした。
実施例1〜10及び比較例の二酸化炭素捕捉材についてBET法を用いて窒素の吸着等温線を測定し、比表面積及び平均細孔径を測定した。
次の条件で二酸化炭素捕捉材の性能を評価した。実施例1〜10及び比較例1で得られた二酸化炭素捕捉材を0.5〜1.0mmの粒状に成型し、石英ガラス製反応管中に固定した。He流通下、二酸化炭素捕捉材の温度を400℃とすることで不純物を除去した後、電気炉で試料温度を50℃に保ちながら二酸化炭素パルス捕捉試験を実施し、二酸化炭素の捕捉量を測定した。サンプルガスとして12体積%の二酸化炭素と88体積%のヘリウムからなる混合ガス10mlをパルス状で4分おきに2分間導入し、反応管出口の二酸化炭素濃度をガスクロマトグラフィにより測定した。パルス導入は反応管出口で測定される二酸化炭素量が飽和するまで実施した。また、キャリアガスとしてヘリウムガスを使用した。
Claims (11)
- 二酸化炭素を含有するガスから二酸化炭素を捕捉・分離するための二酸化炭素捕捉材において、前記二酸化炭素捕捉材が、Ce酸化物を含有し、その平均細孔径が60Å以下であり、前記二酸化炭素捕捉材がK、Mg、Alから選ばれた少なくとも一種類の元素を含有することを特徴とする二酸化炭素捕捉材。
- 請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素捕捉材が、−196℃での窒素吸着試験において、窒素相対分圧P/P0=0.01における窒素吸着量U0.01とP/P0=0.99における窒素吸着量U0.99とがU0.01/U0.99>0.35の関係を満たすことを特徴とする二酸化炭素捕捉材。
- 請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素捕捉材において、前記二酸化炭素捕捉材がK、Mg、Alから選ばれた元素を合計で、金属換算でCeに対してモル比で0.01以上1.00以下含有することを特徴とする二酸化炭素捕捉材。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素捕捉材において、前記二酸化炭素を含有するガスが、熱機関から排出されるガスであることを特徴とする二酸化炭素捕捉材。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素捕捉材を使用した二酸化炭素捕捉装置。
- 請求項5に記載の二酸化炭素捕捉装置において、その前段に脱硫装置を設置することを特徴とした二酸化炭素捕捉装置。
- 請求項5または6のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素捕捉装置において、その前段に集塵装置を設置することを特徴とした二酸化炭素捕捉装置。
- 請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素捕捉装置において、その前段に脱硝装置を設置することを特徴とした二酸化炭素捕捉装置。
- 請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素捕捉装置において、捕捉した二酸化炭素を二酸化炭素捕捉材の加熱により脱離させる工程を含むことを特徴とする二酸化炭素回収方法。
- 請求項9に記載の二酸化炭素回収方法において、二酸化炭素捕捉材を加熱する際に、加熱用ガスを流通させることにより、二酸化炭素捕捉材を加熱することを特徴とする二酸化炭素回収方法。
- 請求項9または10のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素回収方法において、二酸化炭素捕捉材を加熱する際に、水蒸気を流通させることにより、二酸化炭素捕捉材を加熱することを特徴とする二酸化炭素回収方法。
