Claims (10)
- レーザ光源から供給されるレーザ光を先端まで導いて出射する光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバから出射される前記レーザ光で励起して蛍光を発する蛍光体であり、前記蛍光と前記レーザ光とからなる白色光を形成する蛍光体と、
先端側が開放され、前記蛍光体を保持する蛍光体保持部、及び前記蛍光体保持部の基端に連続し、前記光ファイバが挿通される貫通孔を有し、少なくとも一部が磁性体で構成された保持部材と、
先端及び基端が開放され、前記保持部材が内嵌するとともに、基端から前記光ファイバを突出させるスリーブ部材と、
前記蛍光体の先端側を覆い、前記蛍光及び前記レーザ光を透過させる保護カバーと、
前記保護カバーと前記スリーブ部材とが接着され、前記蛍光体の先端側を封止する第1封止部と、
前記保護カバーと前記スリーブ部材とが接着された後、前記保持部材を前記保護カバー側に磁力付勢することによって前記保持部材先端を前記保護カバーに密着させた状態として、前記保持部材と前記スリーブ部材とが接着され、前記蛍光体の基端側を封止する第2封止部とを有することを特徴とする内視鏡用照明光学系ユニット。 - 前記第2封止部は、前記保護カバー側に磁石を配置することにより前記保持部材を前記保護カバー側に磁力付勢して形成された請求項1記載の内視鏡用照明光学系ユニット。
- 前記保護カバーの一部を磁石から構成し、
前記第2封止部は、前記保護カバーと前記保持部材との間に発生する磁力により前記保持部材を前記保護カバー側に磁力付勢して形成された請求項1記載の内視鏡用照明光学系ユニット。 - 保護カバーに嵌合し、磁石から構成した嵌合部材を備え、
前記第2封止部は、前記嵌合部材と前記保持部材との間に発生する磁力により前記保持部材を前記保護カバー側に磁力付勢して形成された請求項1記載の内視鏡用照明光学系ユニット。 - 前記嵌合部材は、前記保護カバーとともに、前記スリーブ部材に嵌合し、前記スリーブ部材に前記保護カバーを固定する固定部材である請求項4記載の内視鏡用照明光学系ユニット。
- 前記第1封止部は、磁性体を含む接着剤から形成され、前記第2封止部は、前記接着剤と前記保持部材との間に発生する磁力により前記保持部材を前記保護カバー側に磁力付勢して形成された請求項1記載の内視鏡用照明光学系ユニット。
- 前記保持部材は、非磁性体からなる本体と、前記蛍光体保持部の表面に設けられ、磁性体の金属からなり、前記蛍光体が発する白色光を反射する金属膜とを備える請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡用照明光学系ユニット。
- 前記保持部材は、磁石からなる本体と、前記蛍光体保持部の表面に設けられ、非磁性体の金属からなり、前記蛍光体が発する白色光を反射する金属膜とを備える請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡用照明光学系ユニット。
- 前記保持部材は、非磁性体からなる本体と、前記本体の基端側に設けられた磁石とを備える請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡用照明光学系ユニット。
- レーザ光源から供給されるレーザ光を先端まで導いて出射する光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバから出射される前記レーザ光で励起して蛍光を発する蛍光体であり、前記蛍光と前記レーザ光とからなる白色光を形成する蛍光体と、
先端側が開放され、前記蛍光体を保持する蛍光体保持部、及び前記蛍光体保持部の基端に連続し、前記光ファイバが挿通される貫通孔を有する保持部材と、
前記保持部材が内嵌し、先端及び基端が開放されたスリーブ部材と、
前記蛍光体の先端側を覆い、前記蛍光と前記レーザ光とを透過させる保護カバーとを有する内視鏡用照明光学系ユニットの製造方法において、
前記スリーブ部材と前記保護カバーとを接着して前記蛍光体の先端側を封止する第1封止工程と、
前記スリーブ部材と前記保護カバーとが接着された後、前記スリーブ部材の内部に前記保持部材を挿入して前記保持部材及び前記スリーブ部材の基端から前記光ファイバを突出させるとともに、前記保持部材を前記保護カバー側に磁力付勢することによって前記保持部材先端を前記保護カバーに密着させた状態として、前記スリーブ部材及び前記保持部材を接着して前記蛍光体の基端側を封止する第2封止工程とを含むことを特徴とする内視鏡用照明光学系ユニットの製造方法。
