Description
本出願は、2010年3月23日出願の米国特許出願番号第12/729,334号及び2009年3月31日出願の同第61/164,995号の優先権を主張するものである。
本発明は、眼科レンズの製造、より具体的には、いくつかの実施形態において、自由形成表面及び異なる屈折率の領域を有する眼科レンズの形成のための装置を説明する。
本発明を目的とする本説明及び特許請求の範囲において、以下の定義が適用される、様々な用語が使用され得る。
ここで図1のボクセルに基づいたリソグラフィ方法110を再び参照すると、本発明のいくつかの実施形態に従ってレンズを作製する最初の工程は、アルゴリズム計算を実施するために、レンズパラメーターをコンピュータ又は他のプロセッサに入力することを含む。いくつかの実施形態では、このようなパラメーターは、患者の目の光学表面上の光学収差、又は患者の視覚システムの他の物理的若しくは神経学的態様を測定することによって入手され得る。これらの測定値は、形成されるレンズに要求される波面特性に変化させることができる。他の実施形態では、レンズ製造パラメーターを決定するために、アルゴリズムに入力され得る理論上のレンズ波面特性が存在し得る。
(1) 眼科レンズであって、
光吸収性成分を含む、重合された架橋可能な材料の複数のボクセルを含む光学ゾーン部分であって、前記光学ゾーン部分が、第1屈折率を含む第1領域及び第2屈折率を含む第2領域を含む、光学ゾーン部分と、
前記架橋可能な材料のゲル化点を超えて重合された架橋可能な材料の層状体積を含む、第2部分と、を含む、眼科レンズ。
(2) 架橋可能な材料の1つ又は2つ以上の更なる層状体積を含む、第3部分を更に含む、実施態様1に記載の眼科レンズ。
(3) 前記架橋可能な材料の層状体積が、ボクセル単位以外の架橋パターンを含む、実施態様1に記載の眼科レンズ。
(4) 第1部分が光吸収性成分を更に含む、実施態様1に記載の眼科レンズ。
(5) 前記第2部分がシリコーンを更に含む、実施態様1に記載の眼科レンズ。
(6) 前記第1部分が第1光学表面を含む、実施態様4に記載の眼科レンズ。
(7) 前記第2部分が第2光学表面を含む、実施態様6に記載の眼科レンズ。
(8) 第1部分が、化学放射線の複数の放射線への反応性混合物の暴露によって形成され、前記化学放射線の各放射線は、1つの源から生じており、前記各放射線は、前記架橋可能な材料の所定の部分に向けて所定の時間反射される、実施態様3に記載の眼科レンズ。
(9) 前記架橋可能な材料の所定の部分に向けて所定の時間反射される化学放射線の各放射線が、所定の波長を含む、実施態様8に記載の眼科レンズ。
(10) 前記第2部分が、複数点から生じる化学放射線の複数の放射線への反応性混合物の暴露によって形成される、実施態様9に記載の眼科レンズ。
(12) 前記重合された架橋可能な材料のボクセルによって形成された1つ又は2つ以上の凸領域を更に含む、実施態様8に記載の眼科レンズ。
(13) 前記ゲル化点を超えて重合された架橋可能な材料の層状体積が、前記重合された架橋可能な材料のボクセルによって形成された前記凹領域に対して等角である、実施態様11に記載の眼科レンズ。
(14) 前記ゲル化点を超えて重合された架橋可能な材料の層状体積が、前記重合された架橋可能な材料のボクセルによって形成された前記凹領域に対して非等角である、実施態様11に記載の眼科レンズ。
(15) 前記各ボクセルが、第1端部及び第2端部を含み、前記ゲル化点を超えて重合された架橋可能な材料の層状体積を含む前記第2部分が、本質的に前記各第2端部を被覆する、実施態様1に記載の眼科レンズ。
(16) 前記第1部分が、基材の表面に沿って形成された非隣接パターンを含む、実施態様6に記載の眼科レンズ。
(17) 前記レンズの外周部が、非円形を本質的に含む、実施態様6に記載の眼科レンズ。
(18) 前記レンズの外周部が、楕円形を本質的に含む、実施態様6に記載の眼科レンズ。
(19) 前記レンズがトーリック形状を含む、実施態様6に記載の眼科レンズ。
Claims (18)
- 眼科レンズであって、
光吸収性成分を含む、重合された架橋可能な材料の複数のボクセルを含む第1部分であって、前記第1部分が、第1屈折率を含む第1領域及び第2屈折率を含む第2領域を含む、第1部分と、
前記架橋可能な材料のゲル化点を超えて重合された架橋可能な材料の層状体積を含む、第2部分と、を含む、眼科レンズ。 - 架橋可能な材料の1つ又は2つ以上の更なる層状体積を含む、第3部分を更に含む、請求項1に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記架橋可能な材料の層状体積が、ボクセル単位以外の架橋パターンを含む、請求項1に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記第2部分がシリコーンを更に含む、請求項1に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記第1部分が第1光学表面を含む、請求項1に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記第2部分が第2光学表面を含む、請求項5に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 第1部分が、化学放射線の複数の放射線への反応性混合物の暴露によって形成され、前記化学放射線の各放射線は、1つの源から生じており、前記各放射線は、前記架橋可能な材料の所定の部分に向けて所定の時間反射される、請求項3に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記架橋可能な材料の所定の部分に向けて所定の時間反射される化学放射線の各放射線が、所定の波長を含む、請求項7に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記第2部分が、複数点から生じる化学放射線の複数の放射線への反応性混合物の暴露によって形成される、請求項8に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記重合された架橋可能な材料のボクセルによって形成された1つ又は2つ以上の凹領域を更に含む、請求項7に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記重合された架橋可能な材料のボクセルによって形成された1つ又は2つ以上の凸領域を更に含む、請求項7に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記ゲル化点を超えて重合された架橋可能な材料の層状体積が、前記重合された架橋可能な材料のボクセルによって形成された前記凹領域に対して等角である、請求項10に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記ゲル化点を超えて重合された架橋可能な材料の層状体積が、前記重合された架橋可能な材料のボクセルによって形成された前記凹領域に対して非等角である、請求項10に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記各ボクセルが、第1端部及び第2端部を含み、前記ゲル化点を超えて重合された架橋可能な材料の層状体積を含む前記第2部分が、本質的に前記各第2端部を被覆する、請求項1に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記第1部分が、基材の表面に沿って形成された非隣接パターンを含む、請求項5に記載の眼科レンズ。
- 前記レンズの外周部が、非円形を本質的に含む、請求項5に記載の眼科レンズ。
