Description
本発明による好適な例示的な樹脂配合物を、表1に示す。エポキシ成分を室温でポリエーテルスルホンと混合して樹脂ブレンドを形成し、それを60分間にわたって130℃まで加熱して、ポリエーテルスルホンに完全に溶解させることによってマトリックス樹脂を調製した。混合物を80℃まで冷却し、成分の残りを添加し、完全に混入させた。

実施例1と同様にしてさらなる例示的なプレプレグ(2a〜2c)を調製し、硬化させた。これらのプレプレグは、高融点ポリアミド粒子と低融点ポリアミド粒子のブレンドの種類及び/又は量を変えた異なるエポキシ樹脂配合物を使用していた。異なる炭素繊維を使用してプレプレグを調製した。プレプレグは、35重量%の樹脂を含み、268gsmの繊維面積重量を有していた。これらの例示的なプレプレグに使用される配合物を表2に示す。

さらなる例示的なプレプレグ(3)及び比較プレプレグ(3C1及び3C2)を実施例1と同様にして製造した。実施例1の場合と同じ種類の炭素繊維を使用した。ただし、プレプレグの繊維面積重量を268gsmに増やし、四官能性パラ−グリシジルアミンを樹脂配合物から除外した。本実施例に使用した樹脂の配合物を表6に示す。

比較プレプレグ(C4)を実施例1と同様にして製造した。同じ種類の炭素繊維を使用した。ただし、プレプレグの繊維面積重量を268gsmに増やし、三官能性メタ−グリシジルアミンの代わりに三官能性パラ−グリシジルアミンを使用した。これらの比較プレプレグの樹脂配合物を表8に示す。

Claims (19)
- 140℃から200℃である硬化温度で硬化する予備含浸複合材料であって、
A)強化繊維と、
B)a)二官能性エポキシ樹脂、三官能性エポキシ樹脂及び四官能性エポキシ樹脂を含む樹脂成分、
b)前記硬化温度を超える融点を有する高融点熱可塑性粒子、及び前記硬化温度と同じかそれ未満の融点を有する低融点熱可塑性粒子を含む熱可塑性粒子成分、
d)熱可塑性強化剤、及び
e)硬化剤
を含むマトリックスとを含み、
前記高融点熱可塑性粒子及び前記低融点熱可塑性粒子が、いずれもポリアミドである予備含浸複合材料。 - 前記高融点熱可塑性粒子が、ポリアミド6からなる群から選択され、前記低融点熱可塑性粒子が、ポリアミド6とポリアミド12のコポリマーからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の予備含浸複合材料。
- 前記強化繊維が、ガラス、炭素及びアラミドからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の予備含浸複合材料。
- 前記二官能性エポキシ樹脂が、ビスフェノールFのジグリシジルエーテル、ビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテル、ジグリシジルジヒドロキシナフタレン及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の予備含浸複合材料。
- 前記樹脂成分が、三官能性メタ−グリシジルアミン及び四官能性パラ−グリシジルアミンを含む、請求項1に記載の予備含浸複合材料。
- 前記熱可塑性成分における前記高融点熱可塑性粒子の量が、前記熱可塑性成分における前記低融点熱可塑性粒子の量とほぼ等しい、請求項1に記載の予備含浸複合材料。

- 前記高融点熱可塑性粒子が、ポリアミド6からなる群から選択され、前記低融点熱可塑性粒子が、ポリアミド6とポリアミド12のコポリマーからなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の予備含浸複合材料。
- 前記熱可塑性強化剤が、ポリエーテルスルホンである、請求項12に記載の予備含浸複合材料。
- 前記硬化剤が、4,4−ジアミノジフェニルスルホンである、請求項13に記載の予備含浸複合材料。
- 前記熱可塑性成分における前記高融点熱可塑性粒子の量が、前記熱可塑性成分における前記低融点熱可塑性粒子の量とほぼ等しい、請求項12に記載の予備含浸複合材料。
- 前記マトリックスが、
15から20重量パーセントのビスフェノールFのジグリシジルエーテル、
20から30重量パーセントの三官能性メタ−グリシジルアミン、
5から15重量パーセントの四官能性パラ−グリシジルアミン、
3から10重量パーセントのポリアミド6粒子、
3から10重量パーセントのポリアミド6/12コポリマー粒子、
10から20重量パーセントのポリエーテルスルホン、及び
15から25重量パーセントの4,4−ジアミノジフェニルスルホン
を含む、請求項14に記載の予備含浸複合材料。 - 前記マトリックスが前記硬化温度で硬化された、請求項1に記載の予備含浸複合材料を含む複合部品。
- 140℃から200℃である硬化温度で硬化する予備含浸複合材料を製造するための方法であって、
A)強化繊維を提供する工程と、
B)前記強化繊維にマトリックスを含浸する工程であって、前記マトリックスは、
a)二官能性エポキシ樹脂、三官能性エポキシ樹脂及び四官能性エポキシ樹脂を含む樹脂成分、
b)前記硬化温度を超える融点を有する高融点熱可塑性粒子、及び前記硬化温度と同じかそれ未満の融点を有する低融点熱可塑性粒子を含む熱可塑性粒子成分、
d)熱可塑性強化剤、及び
e)硬化剤
を含む工程とを含み、
前記高融点熱可塑性粒子及び前記低融点熱可塑性粒子が、いずれもポリアミドである方法。 - 複合部品を製造するための方法であって、請求項1に記載の予備含浸複合材料を前記硬化温度で硬化させる工程を含む方法。
