Description
・無水クロム酸を水中に溶解させ、
・前記の無水クロム酸の水溶液に少なくとも4個の炭素原子を有する第3級アルコール及び炭化水素溶媒を加え、
・前記アルコールと前記無水クロム酸とを、反応媒体を20〜40℃の範囲の温度において減圧下に置き且つこの反応媒体中に含有される水を蒸留することによって、反応させてクロム酸アルキルを得て、
・前記触媒を炭化水素中の溶液状のクロム酸エステルの形で回収する。
Claims (13)
- 主要触媒成分として6+の酸化状態のクロムを含むアルキルヒドロペルオキシド脱過酸化用触媒を製造するための方法であって、次の工程:
・無水クロム酸を水中に溶解させる工程、
・前記の無水クロム酸の水溶液に少なくとも4個の炭素原子を有する第3級アルコール及び炭化水素溶媒を加える工程、
・前記アルコールと前記無水クロム酸とを、水を蒸留するために20〜40℃の範囲の温度において反応媒体を減圧下に置くことによって、反応させる工程、
・前記触媒を炭化水素溶媒中の溶液状のクロム酸エステルの形で回収する工程:
を含むことを特徴とする、前記方法。 - 前記の水を前記炭化水素溶媒及び/又は前記アルコールと共に形成される共沸混合物の形で除去することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- アルコールと水溶液状の無水クロム酸との反応と水の除去とを1つの同じ装置中で同時に連続モードで実施することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記装置が反応性蒸留カラムであり、該カラムの上方部分中に前記の無水クロム酸の水溶液を供給し、該カラムの頂部において前記アルコール及び前記炭化水素を供給し、該カラムの底部からクロム酸エステルの溶液をフラクションとして取り出すことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素溶媒が飽和炭化水素より成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素がシクロヘキサン、シクロオクタン、シクロドデカン及びデカリンより成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記アルコールがt−ブタノールであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- エステル化工程を実施する圧力を絶対圧0.10バール〜0.30バールの範囲とすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 有機クロム酸エステル溶液が元素状クロムの重量として表して2.5〜8重量%の範囲のクロムを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 有機クロム酸エステル溶液を、リン酸のエステルから選択される安定剤を加えることによって安定化させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記安定剤がオクチルリン酸又はイソブチルリン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記安定剤を、P/Crのモル比が0.05未満となる量で加えることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 前記安定剤を、反応性蒸留カラムの頂部に供給することを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
