Claims (12)
- 弾力性を有する1枚の金属板に曲げ加工を施すことによって形成されたプレスフィット用コネクタ端子であって、平板状のピン部と、前記ピン部の先端側に並設された複数の接触部と、を備え、それぞれの前記接触部が、仮想中心線を囲繞する樽形状若しくは紡錘形状をなすように形成された接触片と、前記接触片の一部に前記仮想中心線と略平行に開裂するように形成されたスリットと、を有し、前記複数の接触片の先端側及び基端側に、前記仮想中心線を包囲する断面C字状の連設部を設けたことを特徴とするプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
- 弾力性を有する1枚の金属板に曲げ加工を施すことによって形成されたプレスフィット用コネクタ端子であって、平板状のピン部と、前記ピン部の先端側に並設された複数の接触部と、を備え、それぞれの前記接触部が、く字状若しくは円弧状をなす複数の接触片を仮想中心線に沿わせ且つ外に凸をなす状態で前記仮想中心線を囲繞するように配置して形成され、前記複数の接触片の先端側及び基端側に、前記仮想中心線を包囲する断面C字状の連設部を設けたことを特徴とするプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
- 前記接触部内に、前記ピン部若しくは前記接触片の少なくとも一方と連続する中軸部を配置した請求項1または2記載のプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
- 複数の前記接触片を互いに等間隔に配置した請求項2または3記載のプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
- 前記中軸部の外周に、前記接触片に向かって突出した突起部を設けた請求項3記載のプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
- 前記接触片の先端側に位置する連設部の先端に、先細り形状の傾斜部を設けた請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
- 前記ピン部と前記接触部との間に、前記接触部の外周より突出した部分を有するショルダ部若しくは前記ピン部の外周より拡径した部分を有する鍔状部を設けた請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
- 前記金属板が、平板状のピン部形成領域と、前記ピン部形成領域の先端側に並設された複数の接触部形成領域と、前記接触部形成領域の先端側に連設された複数の中軸部形成領域と、を備え、前記接触部形成領域が前記ピン部形成領域より幅の狭い略長方形状をなすとともに前記ピン部形成領域の長手方向と平行な複数のスリットを有し、前記中軸部形成領域が前記接触部形成領域より幅の狭い帯形状である請求項2〜7のいずれかに記載のプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
- 前記金属板が、平板状のピン部形成領域と、前記ピン部形成領域の先端側に並設された複数の接触部形成領域と、を備え、前記接触部形成領域が前記ピン部形成領域より幅の狭い略長方形状をなす請求項1記載のプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
- 前記ピン部形成領域と前記接触部形成領域との間に、ショルダ部形成領域若しくは鍔状部形成領域を設けた請求項8または9記載のプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
- 前記接触部形成領域の先端側、若しくは、前記ピン部形成領域と前記接触部形成領域との間に、前記接触部形成領域より幅の狭い帯形状の中軸部形成領域を設けた請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載のプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
- 前記中軸部形成領域に、当該中軸部形成領域の幅方向及び厚さ方向より突出した部分を有する突起部形成領域を設けた請求項11記載のプレスフィット用コネクタ端子。
