Description
Claims (33)
- チャンバを画成する内面と、開放された近位端と、開口を有する遠位端とを有する注射器バレルと、
第1端および第2端の間を延びる細長いプランジャロッドと、
前記プランジャロッドの第1端に配置されたガードと、
前記注射器バレルの前記チャンバ内に延びるプランジャヘッドであって、前記プランジャロッドの第2端が旋回可能な接続部を介して前記プランジャヘッドに相互接続されるプランジャヘッドと、
を備え、
前記プランジャヘッドが、前記注射器バレル内で前記近位端と前記遠位端との間をスライド可能に移動するよう適合され、
前記プランジャロッドが前記プランジャヘッドに対して、前記ガードが前記注射器バレルの前記遠位端に隣接する第1の位置と、前記プランジャロッドが前記注射器バレルに概ね軸方向に整列する第2の位置との間で旋回するよう適合され、前記プランジャロッドがさらに、前記注射器バレルを通じた前記プランジャヘッドの前記スライド可能な移動を生じさせるような軸方向移動に適合され、
前記プランジャロッドが前記第1の位置にあるとき、前記注射器バレルの前記遠位端の前記開口を覆うよう、前記ガードが適合される、
注射器アセンブリ。 - 前記ガードが前記プランジャロッドに一体的に形成される、請求項1に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記ガードが、その外表面に沿って、少なくとも一つの触覚面を含む、請求項1に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記触覚面が、織り目状の部分(textured portion)を含む、請求項3に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記触覚面が、前記ガードの外表面に形成された少なくとも一つの凹部を含む、請求項3に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記ガードが、ほぼ円筒状の開口を形成する環状スカートを含む、請求項1に記載の注射アセンブリ。
- 前記注射器バレルの前記遠位端が、これから延びる係合機構を含み、前記ほぼ円筒状の開口が、前記係合機構を取り囲むよう形成される、請求項6に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記係合機構がルアー先端を含む、請求項7に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記係合機構が、ルアーロックをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記円筒状の開口が、シール材を含む、請求項6に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記環状スカートが切欠き部を含み、該切欠き部が、前記ガードに、前記環状スカートの一部に関する減少された外形を提供する、請求項6に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記環状スカートが、互いにスナップ嵌合する複数の部分を含む、請求項6に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記プランジャロッドが、ヒンジにより、前記プランジャヘッドに対し、前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間を旋回するよう適合される、請求項1に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記ヒンジがリビングヒンジである、請求項13に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記プランジャロッドと前記プランジャヘッドが一体的に形成され、前記リビングヒンジが、前記プランジャロッドの前記第2端を前記プランジャヘッドに相互接続する、請求項14に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記ヒンジが、前記プランジャロッドに付勢力を与えるよう適合される、請求項13に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記付勢力が、前記プランジャロッドを前記第1の位置に向けて付勢する、請求項16に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記付勢力が、前記プランジャロッドを前記第2の位置に向けて付勢する、請求項16に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記注射器バレルの前記開放近位端内に少なくとも部分的に延びるコネクタをさらに備え、前記コネクタは、前記プランジャロッドの前記第2端を前記プランジャヘッドに相互接続する、請求項1に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記コネクタが、前記プランジャヘッドに対する前記プランジャロッドの旋回動作を提供するヒンジを含む、請求項19に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記コネクタが、前記プランジャロッドが前記第2の位置に旋回されたとき前記プランジャロッドの第2端を受け入れる凹部を含む、請求項19に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記コネクタが、前記注射器バレルの開放近位端を閉じるよう適合されている、請求項19に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記コネクタが、前記プランジャヘッドに形成された凹部内に延びる細長い伸長部を含む、請求項19に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記プランジャロッドと前記プランジャヘッドの相互接続が破断可能である、請求項1に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- チャンバを画成する内面と、開放された近位端と、開口を有する遠位端とを有する注射器バレルと、
第1端および第2端の間を延びる細長いプランジャロッドと、
前記プランジャロッドの第1端に配置されたガードと、
前記注射器バレルの前記チャンバ内に延びるプランジャヘッドであって、前記プランジャロッドの第2端が旋回可能な接続部を介して前記プランジャヘッドに相互接続されるプランジャヘッドと、
を備え、
前記ガードが、前記注射器バレルの遠位端の開口を覆うよう位置される、
注射器アセンブリ。 - 前記ガードが、ほぼ円筒状の開口を形成する環状スカートを含む、請求項25に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記円筒状の開口が、前記注射器バレルの遠位端から延びる係合機構を取り囲む、請求項26に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記プランジャロッドが前記第1の位置から旋回されたとき破断されるよう適合された改ざん防止シールをさらに含む、請求項25に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記改ざん防止シールが、前記注射器バレルの近位端に設けられる、請求項28に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記改ざん防止シールが、前記注射器バレルの遠位端に設けられる、請求項28に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記チャンバが、少なくとも部分的に液体で満たされている、請求項25に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 注射器アセンブリを作動させる方法であって、該注射器アセンブリが、
流体を収容するチャンバを画成する内面と、開放された近位端と、開口を有する遠位端とを有する注射器バレルと、
第1端および第2端の間を延びる細長いプランジャロッドと、
前記プランジャロッドの第1端に配置されたガードであって、前記プランジャロッドが第1の位置にあるときに前記注射器バレルの遠位端に隣接し且つ前記注射器バレルの遠位端の開口を覆うガードと、
前記注射器バレルの前記チャンバ内に延びるプランジャヘッドであって、前記プランジャロッドの第2端が旋回可能な接続部を介して前記プランジャヘッドに相互接続されるプランジャヘッドと、を備え、
前記方法が、
前記プランジャロッドを前記第1の位置から、前記プランジャロッドが前記注射器バレルに概ね軸方向に整列する第2の位置に、旋回させるステップと、
前記プランジャロッドを前記注射器バレルの開放近位端の中に押し込み、前記注射器バレルを通ずる前記プランジャヘッドの移動を生じさせるステップと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記プランジャロッドを前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に旋回させる前に、前記ガードを前記注射器バレルの遠位端から軸方向に離反移動させるべく、前記プランジャロッドに軸方向の圧力が付加される、請求項32に記載の方法。
