Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態の処置具の構成及び作用の概略を示す図である。本実施形態の処置具1は、被検体の管腔100内に挿入可能な棒状に形成される挿入部10と、挿入部10の周面上に少なくとも一つ配置される検体採取部11とを備えて構成される。
図3に示す第1変形例の検体採取部11Aは、リンク部11Aaと進退部11Abとが例えば丸棒状に形成されており、それぞれの外周面上に螺旋形状のねじ状部を形成した形態を示している。この形態の検体採取部11Aにおいては、進退部11Abが図3の矢印X方向からの力量を受けるとリンク部11Aaは、一端の節12aを回転軸に矢印R1方向に回動し、進退部11Abは他端の節12cを回転軸に矢印R2方向に回動し、リンク部11Aa及び進退部11Abの節12bは矢印Y1方向へと移動する。このとき、検体採取部11A(リンク部11Aa,進退部11Ab)の表面(螺旋ねじ状部)が病変部に当接した状態で摺動されると病変部の組織を採取できる。
図6は、本発明の第2の実施形態の処置具の構成の概略を示す断面図である。
図10〜図12は、本発明の第3の実施形態を示す図である。このうち、図10は、本実施形態の処置具の構成の概略を示す断面図である。図11,図12は、本実施形態の処置具のうち検体採取部のみを取り出して示す上面図及び側面図である。なお、図12においては、リンクアームが曲折し細胞採取用リンク部がせり上がった状態を示している。
細胞採取用リンク部11Eaは、上述の第2の実施形態と同様に最先端部が鋭利に形成されかつ内側に向けて湾曲形状を成して形成されている。リンクアーム11Ebは、三つの進退部41,42,43を有して形成されていて、その先端側に進退部41を介してリング形成部11Ebxが連設され、後端側に進退部43を介してプッシュロッド11Ecが連設されている。ここで、リング形成部11Ebxは、上記第2の実施形態における口金38に代わる構成部であって、リンクアーム11Ebの一端を支持する部位である。
Claims (8)
- 被検体に挿入するための棒状の挿入部と、
前記挿入部の側面に配置された少なくとも一つの検体採取部と、
前記検体採取部を操作する操作部と、
を具備し、
前記検体採取部は、
一端が回転軸となり他端が前記回転軸に対して回動可能なように前記一端が前記挿入部に支持されるリンク部と、
一端が前記リンク部の他端に連結され前記挿入部の軸方向に進退することにより前記リンク部の他端を前記回転軸に対して回動させる進退部と、
前記挿入部の軸方向に沿って進退自在に配置され、一端は前記進退部の他端に連結され、他端は前記操作部に連結されているプッシュロッドと、
を有し、
前記進退部が最も基端側にある時には前記進退部と前記リンク部とが軸方向に繋がることで前記挿入部に平行となり、前記進退部が最も先端側にある時には前記進退部の一部と前記リンク部とが折り重なることで前記挿入部と平行となり、
前記進退部が基端部側と先端部側との中間にある時には前記リンク部が前記進退部により前記挿入部の軸方向と交わる方向に押し出されることで前記挿入部から突出することを特徴とする処置具。 - 前記進退部の先端には目的部位を削るため、前記進退部の先端から突出した削部が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記検体採取部は、一枚板からなり、
前記リンク部と前記進退部との接続部位は前記検体採取部における他の部位よりも軟性であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処置具。 - 前記リンク部の外表面には、被検体を採取するための凹みである凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記リンク部の外側には、被検体を採取するためのブラシ状のブラシ部が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記リンク部の他端は、前記進退部が最も先端側にある時に前記挿入部の先端面よりも先端に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記挿入部の先端には前記軸方向に垂直な方向に超音波を送受信する超音波送受信部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記挿入部の先端には光学的視野を確保する光学観察部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処置具。
