Description
Claims (8)
- 車両に搭載される回転電機と、電池と、前記電池と前記回転電機の間に介挿されて前記電池から出力される電圧を昇圧/降圧して前記回転電機に供給する一方、前記回転電機で発電された電圧を昇圧/降圧して前記電池に供給する昇降圧コンバータとを備える車両の電池加温装置において、前記電池と前記昇降圧コンバータを接続する正負極線の間に介挿される第1のコンデンサと、前記昇降圧コンバータと前記回転電機を接続する正負極線の間に介挿される第2のコンデンサと、前記昇降圧コンバータの動作を制御して交流類似の電流を発生させて前記電池と前記第2のコンデンサの間で前記第1のコンデンサを介して入出力させることで前記電池を加温する加温制御を実行する加温制御手段と、前記電池の残容量を検出する残容量検出手段とを備えると共に、前記加温制御手段は、前記検出された電池の残容量が大きいほど前記交流類似の電流の周波数及び振幅を大きく制御することを特徴とする車両の電池加温装置。
- 前記昇降圧コンバータはスイッチング素子を備えると共に、前記加温制御手段は、前記スイッチング素子をオン/オフさせて前記加温制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両の電池加温装置。
- 前記車両が電気自動車からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両の電池加温装置。
- 前記加温制御手段は、前記検出された電池の残容量が大きいほど前記交流類似の電流の周波数及び振幅を大きく制御するように予め設定された第1の特性に基づいて前記交流類似の電流を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の車両の電池加温装置。
- 前記電池の温度を検出する温度検出手段を備えると共に、前記加温制御手段は、前記検出された電池の温度が低いほど前記交流類似の電流の周波数及び振幅を大きく制御することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の車両の電池加温装置。
- 前記電池の温度を検出する温度検出手段を備えると共に、前記加温制御手段は、前記検出された電池の温度が低いほど前記交流類似の電流の周波数及び振幅を大きく制御するように予め設定された第2の特性に基づいて前記交流類似の電流を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の車両の電池加温装置。
- 前記加温制御手段は、前記検出された電池の残容量に基づく前記交流類似の電流の周波数及び振幅の制御と前記検出された電池の温度に基づく前記交流類似の電流の周波数及び振幅の制御のうち、前記交流類似の電流の周波数及び振幅が小さくなる制御を選択することを特徴とする請求項5記載の車両の電池加温装置。
- 前記加温制御手段は、前記第1と第2の特性のうち、前記交流類似の電流の周波数及び振幅を小さく設定する特性を選択することを特徴とする請求項6記載の車両の電池加温装置。
