Claims (5)
- 被処理体を収容して熱処理するための処理容器を囲繞する筒状の断熱材と、該断熱材の内周面に沿って配置される螺旋状の抵抗発熱体と、断熱材の内周面に軸方向に所定のピッチで設けられ、抵抗発熱体を径方向に熱膨張収縮可能に支持する支持体とを備えた熱処理炉において、前記支持体は、先端が上記断熱材に埋設され、上面で前記抵抗発熱体を摺動可能に支持する水平部を有すると共に、該水平部の後端から立ち上がった垂直部とを有し、前記水平部の上面には長手方向に沿って上部R部が形成されると共に前記水平部の下面には、前記支持体の熱容量を小さくするための溝が長手方向に沿って形成され、かつ該溝の両端部には下部R部が形成されていることを特徴とする熱処理炉。
- 前記水平部の先端には、前記断熱材からの抜け止めのための突出部が設けられている請求項1記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記支持体は、断熱材の内周面の軸方向に所定ピッチで設けられたとき、前記垂直部の上端部と下端部には、その上下の支持体の垂直部が互いに係合する凹部と凸部が形成されている請求項1記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記垂直部の前面が曲面状に形成されている請求項1記載の熱処理炉。
- 被処理体を収容して熱処理するための処理容器を囲繞する筒状の断熱材の内周面に軸方向に所定のピッチで設けられ、該断熱材の内周面に沿って配置される螺旋状の抵抗発熱体を径方向に熱膨張収縮可能に支持するための熱処理炉用支持体であって、先端が上記断熱材に埋設され、上面で前記抵抗発熱体を摺動可能に支持する水平部を有すると共に、該水平部の後端から立ち上がった垂直部とを有し、前記水平部の上面には長手方向に沿って上部R部が形成されると共に前記水平部の下面には、前記支持体の熱容量を小さくするための溝が長手方向に沿って形成され、かつ該溝の両端部には下部R部が形成されていることを特徴とする熱処理炉用支持体。
