Description
本発明の一観点では、扁平であり、且つ(或いは)、予備成形されていないカバーフィルムが、キャリヤに貼り付けられ(即ち、熱及び圧力の作用で)、カバーフィルムから貼り付け法だけで、三次元の形状のチャンバ壁を形成し、又は、ドーム状になったチャンバ壁を形成し、このチャンバ壁は、カバーフィルムとキャリヤとの間に所望のチャンバを部分的に形成する。これにより、特に簡単な製造が可能である。
Claims (20)
- 流体の吸入又は操作器具(1)であって、ポリスチレンからなる平板状構造の硬質のキャリヤ(3)と、ポリプロピレンの層を有する透明又は不透明のヒートシールカバーフィルム(4)と、前記キャリヤ(3)と前記カバーフィルム(4)との間に形成されたチャンバ(5)とを有する器具において、
扁平であり、特定の形状を有していない前記カバーフィルム(4)が、前記キャリヤ(3)に貼り付けられる、すなわち、前記カバーフィルムは、押圧下、かつ、80から100℃の温度下において前記キャリヤ(3)の平坦面にマスクにより接続される貼り付けプロセスだけで、三次元形状、又は、ドーム状になっているチャンバ壁(6)を形成し、
前記マスクは、少なくとも一つの凹部又は開口部を有し、前記マスクは、熱が作用した状態で前記フィルムへ押圧され、前記フィルムは前記凹部又は開口の領域は前記キャリヤに全く貼り付けられておらず、前記フィルムは、貼り付けプロセス中、この領域において、キャリヤから離間して三次元形状、又は、ドーム状に形成される、
ことを特徴とする器具。 - 流体の吸入又は操作器具(1)であって、キャリヤ(3)と、カバーフィルム(4)と、前記キャリヤ(3)と前記カバーフィルム(4)との間に形成されたチャンバ(5)とを有する請求項1記載の器具(1)において、
前記器具(1)は、前記カバーフィルム(4)を部分的に、且つ、前記チャンバ(5)の領域について覆った追加のフィルム(24)を有し、前記カバーフィルム(4)と前記追加のフィルム(24)との間には追加のチャンバ(25)が形成されると共に、前記キャリヤ(3)は、扁平であり、前記カバーフィルム(4)は、前記チャンバ(5)を形成するよう部分的に三次元の形状又はドーム状になっている、
ことを特徴とする器具。 - 前記カバーフィルム(4)は、前記キャリヤ(3)に貼り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の器具。
- 前記扁平であり、且つ、予備成形されていない前記追加のフィルム(24)は、前記カバーフィルム(4)に貼り付けられると、共に、前記追加のフィルム(24)は、前記貼り付けプロセスだけで三次元形状又はドーム状になっている追加の壁(26)を形成し、前記追加の壁(26)は、前記追加のチャンバ(25)を部分的に画定していることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3記載の器具。
- 前記追加のチャンバ(25)は、前記チャンバ(5)をその平坦な側部について、若しくは、長手方向に覆い、又は、前記チャンバ(5)と同軸に配置され、又は、前記チャンバ(5)を半円筒形状に包囲していることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記追加のチャンバ(25)又は追加の壁(26)は、弾性的に、又は、可逆的に変形可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記追加のチャンバ(25)、又は、追加の壁(26)は、チャネル形状のものであると共に、細長く、且つ、ビード形構造のものであり、前記追加の壁(26)は、前記追加のチャンバ(25)の長手方向広がりに対して直角をなして湾曲していると共に、半円凸のものであることを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記カバーフィルム(4)は、開口部(27)を備えると共に、少なくとも前記追加のチャンバ(25)によって覆われたチャンバ壁(6)の領域がメンブレン又はフィルタとして具体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記チャンバ(5)は、環状構造のものであり、且つ、前記キャリヤ(3)によって保持されたメンブレン(21)を覆い、前記カバーフィルム(4)は、貼り付けにより、前記メンブレン(21)の中央に部分的に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記カバーフィルム(4)、及び、前記追加のフィルム(24)は、前記キャリヤ(3)の平坦な側部(F)に貼り付けられると共に、2枚のカバーフィルム(4)が、前記キャリヤ(3)の互いに反対側に被着されて、互いに流体連通状態で連結されたチャンバ(5)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の器具。
- 前記カバーフィルム(4)、及び、前記追加のフィルム(24)は、プラスチックで作られていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の器具。
- 前記カバーフィルム(4)、及び、前記追加のフィルム(24)は、単層、又は、多層構造のものであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の器具。
- 前記キャリヤ(3)は、前記カバーフィルム(4)、及び、前記追加のフィルム(24)によって平坦に覆われた、少なくとも1つのフルイディック構造を有し、又は、形成していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の器具。
- 前記カバーフィルム(4)は、互いに異なるチャンバ(5)の複数個の三次元形状、又は、凸状のチャンバ壁(6)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記チャンバ(5)、又は、チャンバ壁(6)は、弾性的に、又は、可逆的に変形可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のうちいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記チャンバ(5)、又は、壁(6)は、チャネル形状のものであると共に、細長く、且つ、ビード形構造のものであり、前記壁(6)は、前記追加のチャンバ(5)の長手方向広がりに対して直角をなして湾曲していると共に、半円凸のものであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の器具。
- 前記器具(1)又はチャンバ(5)は、弁を形成し、前記チャンバ(5)は、要素(13)によって、少なくとも部分的に圧縮可能又は押しつぶし可能であり、それにより、前記チャンバ壁(6)が、変形することを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のうちいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記器具(1)は、ポンプとして構成され、前記チャンバ(5)、及び、前記追加のチャンバ(24)は、変形可能なポンプチャンバを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の器具。
- 前記器具(1)は、混合器具として構成され、前記チャンバ(5)、及び、前記追加のチャンバ(24)は、混合チャンバを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の器具。
- 前記器具(1)は、血液のための濾過、又は、分離器具として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のうちいずれか一項に記載の器具。
