また、本発明に係る他のレンズ装置は、互いに貼り合わされた2つ以上の樹脂製のレンズおよび当該レンズの間に配置される遮光板を有するレンズユニットと、当該レンズユニットを収容する鏡筒とを備え、前記レンズユニットおよび前記鏡筒との間に隙間が設けられているレンズ装置において、上記の課題を解決するために、少なくとも1つの前記レンズは少なくとも2つの突起を有しており、前記遮光板は前記突起を保持する保持構造を有しており、前記保持構造は、前記突起が嵌合する切り欠きであり、前記突起は、当該突起が設けられる前記レンズと対向する前記レンズには接触しない大きさに形成されており、当該突起の長さは、前記遮光板の厚さより短いことを特徴としている。
本発明に係る一実施形態について、図1〜図9を参照して以下に説明する。
図1は、本実施形態に係る撮像素子モジュール1の詳細な構成を示す縦断面図である。
撮像素子ユニット3は、撮像素子チップ31と、撮像素子32と、透明支持基板33と、樹脂接着層34とを有している。
図2(a),(b)は、複数の遮光板7のパターンが形成された遮光板ウエハ101,102の構造を示す平面図である。図3(a)〜(d)は、レンズユニット4を構成する遮光板7(7A〜7D)の構造を示す平面図である。図4(a)は、レンズユニット4を構成する第1レンズ5の構造を示す縦断面図であり、図4(b)はレンズユニット4を構成する第2レンズ6の構造を示す縦断面図である。図5(a)は、第2レンズ6の構造を示す平面図であり、図5(b)は、図5(a)のA−A線断面図である。図6(a)は、他の第2レンズ6の構造を示す平面図であり、図6(b)は、図6(a)のB−B線断面図である。図7(a)は、さらに他の第2レンズ6の構造を示す平面図であり、図7(b)は、図7(a)のC−C線断面図である。
遮光板7は、図2(a)に示す遮光板ウエハ101あるいは図2(b)に示す遮光板ウエハ102から固片として切り出されることにより得られる。
図3(a)に示すように、遮光板7としての遮光板7Aは、中央部分に通過口71を有しており、通過口71の周囲に固定孔72(挿通孔)を有している。固定孔72は、第2レンズ6の突起63が挿通される孔であり、突起63の位置に対応して形成されている。また、固定孔72は、突起63を軸にして遮光板7が回転しないように、1つではなく2つ形成されている。
図4(a)に示すように、第1レンズ5(レンズ)は、光入射部51と、平坦面52と、スペーサ部53と、光出射部54と、スペーサ部55とを有している。この第1レンズ5は、図示はしないが、外形が正方形をなしており、透明樹脂材料により形成されている。
図4(b)に示すように、第2レンズ6(レンズ)は、光入射部61と、スペーサ部62と、突起63と、光出射部64と、スペーサ部65とを有している。この第2レンズ6は、図示はしないが、外形が正方形をなしており、透明樹脂材料により形成されている。
図8(a)〜(c)はレンズユニット4を製造する各工程を示す断面図である。
本実施形態の変形例を図9を参照して説明する。図9(a)は、本変形例に係るレンズユニット4Aの構造を示す断面図であり、図9(b)は、本変形例に係る他のレンズユニット4Aの構造を示す断面図である。
以上のように、本実施形態の撮像素子モジュール1は、突起63が固定孔72に挿入されたり、第2レンズ6の突起63が切り欠き74,76に嵌合されたりすることで、遮光板7が第2レンズ6に保持される。同様に、第1レンズ5A,5Bの突起56,57がそれぞれ固定孔72,77に挿入されたり、切り欠き74,76等に嵌合されたりすることで、遮光板7が第1レンズ5A,5Bに保持される。
本発明に係る他の実施形態について、図10,図11を参照して以下に説明する。
図10は、本実施形態に係る撮像素子モジュール11の詳細な構成を示す縦断面図である。図11(a)〜(c)は図10の撮像素子モジュール11に用いられる他のレンズユニット21A〜21Cの構造を示す断面図である。
レンズユニット21は、レンズユニット4と同様、第1レンズ5、第2レンズ6および遮光板7を有しており、第1レンズ5と第2レンズ6とが接着剤8によって接合されている。また、レンズユニット21は、さらに第3レンズ22(レンズ)と、遮光板23とを備えている。第2レンズ6および第3レンズ22は、それぞれの外周端部の対向面で接着剤24で貼り合わされることによって接合されている。
レンズユニット21は、図11(a)〜(c)に示すように、他のレンズユニット21A〜21Cとして構成されてもよい。
上記のように構成されるレンズユニット21(21A〜21C)も、前述のレンズユニット4と同様にして製造される。具体的には、第3レンズ22に対して接着剤24を塗布する接着剤塗布工程を行い、第3レンズ22に第2レンズ6が貼り合わされる貼り合わせ工程を行う。その後、図8(a)〜(c)に示す接着剤塗布工程、貼り合わせ工程、切断工程を行うことにより、レンズユニット21が完成する。
以上のように、本実施形態の撮像素子モジュール11は、突起56,63が固定孔72に挿通されたり、突起66,222が固定孔232に挿通されたりする。これにより、遮光板7が第1レンズ5Aまたは第2レンズ6,6Bに保持され、遮光板23が第2レンズ6Bまたは第3レンズ22に保持される。
本発明に係るさらに他の実施形態について、図12を参照して以下に説明する。

- 互いに貼り合わされた2つ以上の樹脂製のレンズおよび当該レンズの間に配置される遮光板を有するレンズユニットと、当該レンズユニットを収容する鏡筒とを備え、前記レンズユニットおよび前記鏡筒との間に隙間が設けられているレンズ装置において、
少なくとも1つの前記レンズは少なくとも2つの突起を有しており、
前記遮光板は前記突起を保持する保持構造を有しており、
前記保持構造は、前記突起が挿通する挿通孔であり、
