- モジュール本体容器内に複数の外圧型管状の浸透気化膜エレメントが上下方向に列をなすように水平に配置されており、各膜エレメントの管内側は分離ベーパーチャンバを介して減圧系に接続されており、各膜エレメントの外面に流下液膜を形成させるように最上位の膜エレメント上方から原料液を散布する散布手段を備えている浸透気化膜分離用モジュール。
