Claims (12)
- 基板と、
第1光感知領域と、
第2光感知領域と、
を有する光センサ装置において、
前記第1光感知領域に割り当てられ且つ可視光スペクトルをフィルタするように適合される第1光学フィルタ装置と、前記第2光感知領域に割り当てられ且つ、赤外線光スペクトルである非可視光スペクトルをフィルタするように適合される第2光学フィルタ装置と、が設けられ、
前記第1及び第2光感知領域が、単一の一体型センサコンポーネントを形成するように、互いに対して隣接して同一の基板において加工され、
前記第1及び第2光感知領域が前記基板における1つの陥凹状の窓内において設けられ、前記第1及び第2フィルタ装置が前記窓の上に且つ互いに直接隣接して配置され、前記窓を光学的に密封する、
ことを特徴とする光センサ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の光センサ装置において、前記光感知領域の両方が、可視光及び赤外線光に対して感知性を有する、ことを特徴とする光センサ装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の光センサ装置において、前記光感知領域のうちの少なくとも1つが、少なくとも1つのPINダイオードとして設けられる、ことを特徴とする光センサ装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の光センサ装置において、前記第1光感知領域が3つの感知区域を形成するように構成され、各区域は光学フィルタ装置を割り当てられ、前記光学フィルタ装置は、前記可視光スペクトルを3つの副スペクトルに分割する、ことを特徴とする光センサ装置。
- 請求項4に記載の光センサ装置において、前記光学フィルタ装置が、赤、緑及び青の光をフィルタするように適合される、ことを特徴とする光センサ装置。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の光センサ装置において、前記光感知領域のうちの少なくとも一つが、前記感知領域の出力を増幅するための少なくとも1つの増幅器段と結合される、ことを特徴とする光センサ装置。
- 請求項6に記載の光センサ装置において、前記増幅器段のうちの少なくとも一つの出力が、ローパスフィルタ手段であるフィルタ手段へ結合される、ことを特徴とする光センサ装置。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の光センサ装置において、前記基板に配置され且つ制御回路によって駆動される、赤外線光を介して情報及び/又は制御信号を送信するための発光ダイオードを特徴とする、光センサ装置。
- 可視光を放射する少なくとも1つの光源と、前記光源の色を制御する制御回路と、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の光センサ装置であって、前記放射された光の色についての情報を供給するために、前記制御回路に結合される光センサ装置と、を含むランプ装置。
- 請求項9に記載のランプ装置において、制御信号を送信するために赤外線光発光ダイオードを有するリモートコントロールを特徴とするランプ装置。
- 請求項10に記載のランプ装置において、前記制御回路が、制御信号を、隣接するランプへ送信する及び、前記隣接するランプから受信するように適合される、ことを特徴とするランプ装置。
- 請求項10又は11に記載のランプ装置において、前記光源が、少なくとも1つの発光ダイオード、有機発光ダイオード若しくはポリ発光ダイオード、又はこれらのいずれかの組み合わせを含む、ことを特徴とするランプ装置。
