Claims (3)
- 正極と、リチウムと合金化可能な金属材料を有する負極と、前記金属材料の酸化物を溶解する添加剤を含む電解質とから成り、前記添加剤がフッ化アンモニウムから成り、前記負極は前記金属材料を一定量酸化した酸化物を前記添加剤により溶解して形成されることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。
- 前記金属材料がSi、Sn、Al、Si合金、Sn合金及びAl合金から選択される一種類以上から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 正極と、リチウムと合金化可能な金属材料を有する負極と、電解質とから成るリチウム二次電池の製造方法において、前記金属材料を一定量酸化させる負極酸化工程を備え、前記金属材料の酸化物を溶解する添加剤を含む前記電解質に酸化した前記負極を浸漬し、前記添加剤がフッ化アンモニウムから成ることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池の製造方法。
