Claims (6)
- 自動車で使用される継手装置であって、継手ハウジング(4)と、前記継手ハウジング(4)に固定して接続されている入力シャフト(6)と、トリポード軸受アセンブリ(10)によって結合して回転するように前記継手ハウジング(4)に配置されている接合シャフト(8)とを有し、曲げ弾性接続機構(14)が、固定領域(20)によって前記入力シャフト(6)に接続されている、継手装置であり、前記曲げ弾性接続機構(14)が少なくとも1つの画定された曲げ領域(16、34)を提供し、
前記曲げ弾性接続機構(14)が、前記曲げ領域(16)を画定する曲げ弾性ロッド状領域(18)と、前記接合シャフトの継手によって前記弾性接続機構を支持するための継手ヘッドとを有し、
前記ロッド状領域(18)が少なくとも部分的に先細りである、又は、前記ロッド状領域(18)が少なくとも部分的に楕円形であることを特徴とする継手装置。 - 前記継手が玉継手(28、30)として設計され、前記玉継手(28、30)の中心点が前記トリポード軸受アセンブリ(10)の中心点と一致することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の継手装置。
- 前記継手(28、30)が2シェル嵌合部材(30)を有し、前記継手ヘッド(28)が、保持リング(32)によって前記嵌合部材(30)に軸方向に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の継手装置。
- ダイアフラム(34)が、液密式に前記接合シャフト(8)を閉鎖することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の継手装置。
- 前記曲げ弾性接続機構(14)に対して軸方向に予荷重が加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の継手装置。
- ねじ継手(24)によって前記固定領域(20)に接続されかつ前記入力シャフト(6)の軸方向面(26)に支持される、引張要素(22)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の継手装置。
