Description
Claims (2)
- 画素電極とTFTを有する画素がマトリクス状に形成され、走査線が第1の方向に延在して第2の方向に配列し、映像信号線が第2の方向に延在して第1の方向に配列した表示領域と、端子部を有するTFT基板と、前記TFT基板に対向して配置された対向基板とが周辺部に形成されたシール材によって接着した液晶表示装置であって、
前記端子部には、駆動用端子と検査用端子が形成され、前記端子部が形成された辺と前記検査用端子の間には、前記検査用端子と接続した第1の複数の配線が前記端子部が形成された辺と平行に配置され、
前記端子部が形成された辺と対向する辺の側には、前記走査線または前記映像信号線とは接続していない第2の複数の配線が前記端子部が形成された辺と対向する辺と平行に配置され、前記複数の配線から前記対向する辺まで延在する引き出し配線を有しており、
前記第1の複数の配線は、前記TFT基板の検査に使用されたものであり、前記第2の複数の配線は、他の液晶表示装置のTFT基板の検査に使用されたものであることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 有機EL発光層とTFTを有する画素がマトリクス状に形成され、走査線が第1の方向に延在して第2の方向に配列し、映像信号線が第2の方向に延在して第1の方向に配列した表示領域と、端子部を有する素子基板と、前記素子基板に対向して配置された封止基板とが周辺部に形成されたシール材によって接着した有機EL表示装置であって、
前記端子部には、駆動用端子と検査用端子が形成され、前記端子部が形成された辺と前記検査用端子の間には、前記検査用端子と接続した第1の複数の配線が前記端子部が形成された辺と平行に配置され、
前記端子部が形成された辺と対向する辺の側には、前記走査線または前記映像信号線とは接続していない第2の複数の配線が前記端子部が形成された辺と対向する辺と平行に配置され、前記複数の配線から前記対向する辺まで延在する引き出し配線を有しており、
前記第1の複数の配線は、前記素子基板の検査に使用されたものであり、前記第2の複数の配線は、他の有機EL表示装置の素子基板の検査に使用されたものであることを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。
