Description
合成ゴムである塩素化ブチルゴム(エクソンモービル社製HT1066)を用い、PTFE(デュポン製テフロン7A)を厚さ約100μmのフィルムとして接液面側表面にラミネートした、直径約4.0mm×高さ約4.5mmのサイズを有する図2に示す形状の先端部材1を20個作製した。この先端部材1の硬度を測定したところ50であった。一方、形成材料にSEBS(アロン化成社製エラストマーAR800)を用い、直径約3.0mm×高さ約7.0mmの大きさの図3に示した形状の後端部材2を20個作製した。この後端部材2の硬度を測定したところ75であった。そして、後端部材2の先端の凸部と、先端部材1の底面側に設けられた凹部とを140〜160℃程度の温度となるように暖めて、その部分を柔らかくした。さらに、その直後に、後端部材2の先端の凸部を先端部材1の凹部に嵌入させ、その状態で保持して徐冷した。

Claims (7)
- 注射筒内の空間の壁に沿って摺動する微少容量の注射器用ピストンであって、上記空間に充填される液に接触する側に配置される先端部材と、
該先端部材の液側とは反対側のプランジャーロッドを取り付ける側に配置される後端部材とからなり、
それらが該先端部材の底面部分と、該後端部材の先端部分との溶着によって一体化されており、
プランジャーロッドを取り付けるための構造が設けられている該後端部材の本体部が該先端部材に侵入せず、該先端部材の底面よりも後端側に位置し、
かつ、後端部材の硬度が先端部材の硬度よりも高いことを特徴とする微少容量の注射器用ピストン。 - 先端部材の底面部分と、後端部材を構成する平坦面を有する先端部分とが溶着によって一体化されており、一体化させる前の上記後端部材の平坦面の外径が、一体化する前の上記先端部材の底面部分の外径よりも小さい請求項1に記載の注射器用ピストン。
- 一体化する前の上記先端部材には、液に接触する側と反対側の底面部分に凹部が設けられ、一体化する前の上記後端部材は、先端部材側に、円柱状又は円錐台状の凸部が設けられ、これと反対側にプランジャーロッドを取り付けるための凹部が設けられていて、上記後端部材の凸部を、上記先端部材の凹部に嵌入させた状態で溶着によって先端部材と後端部材とが一体化されている請求項1又は2に記載の注射器用ピストン。
- 前記先端部材が、合成ゴム及び熱可塑性エラストマーからなる群から選ばれる材料を主成分とする、硬度が40〜70である材料で形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の注射器用ピストン。
- 前記後端部材が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート及び熱可塑性エラストマーからなる群から選ばれる、その硬度が75以上の材料で形成されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の注射器用ピストン。
- 前記先端部材の少なくとも液と接触する面が、フッ素樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂及び超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂からなる群から選ばれるいずれかで被覆されている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の注射器用ピストン。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の注射器用ピストンの後端部材に設けられている凹部の内壁に設けられた凸状部にプランジャーロッドの先端が螺合して取り付けられてなることを特徴とするピストンを取り付けたプランジャー。
